(Jesy)
"Ahh I just-tonto was awesome-gahh!" Jade clutched her belly, giggling like a child. I agreed with her; Kevin smirked scooping her up and placing her over his shoulder carrying her outside. "Oi! Watch the hair!" She squealed trying to protect her blue head, making us laugh. "Jay, Hun, if you tied it up or cut it everyone would be fine you see." He replied in a sassy voice putting his hand on his hip. I couldn't help bursting into laughter, everyone joined in afterwards until we were in the lot. "Time to gooo!" Jade swung off of his shoulder plopping down next to me.
"I'll see you around then Jes?" Kevin kissed my hand like a gentleman while I walked out of the cinemas chuckling and giggling with my two new friends. "Yeah! I would love to hang out again, you have to thank Jade for it." I nudged the petite Geordie besides me; she blushed. "Aww you don't have to." She smiled leaning on Kevin's chest. aww they would make a good couple if they were interested in each other! "Great! Well, see you guys later!" He grinned crushing us in a hug. "Errr-Krvn! Need-aairrr!" Jade gasped; I chuckled at her cuteness, it was adorable! "Haha, sorry Jay!" He apologized jogging off into the parking lot while Jade and I headed over to her car. "So, did you like hanging out?" She asked when we went in. "Of course, it was! It was so sweet of you to ask me to come Jadey." I smiled, she nodded in relief. "Thank god! I was kinda nervous that you wouldn't like us and that-wow I'm just rambling now, sorry." She blushed apologizing. "Don't get so worked up about me love, aww you're so cute!" the tiny girl blushed again mumbling a quiet 'thank you' while starting the car. We listened to the radio again on the way home having a good time, I'm glad she is in my life at the moment, maybe this is a good thing, well, if it keeps me from moping around at home over my friends and Daniel. They are busy competing while I'm stuck here getting back from the cinemas-NO BAD JESY BAD BAD BAAAAAAD.
Doing my best to clear my head I leaned back in the seat just listening to the music, letting it fill my thoughts, and Jade's soft humming, it was comforting for me. We finally reached home.
"Well, I'll see you later Jesy, it was lovely meeting you." Jade said while I hopped out the car. "You too Jade, tell your mam I said hi!" I nodded giving her a hug before walking back to my flat and took out my keys unlocking the door, slipping inside. I tossed my beanie on the coffee table plopping down on the comfy couch taking out my phone, wow, 11:19 already, geez to the Louise!
I unlocked my phone seeing my background was still the same one on my old phone. My heart throbbed, it was of picture of the time I took Perrie to an amusement park on a date; we were in line for a ride, and a nice lady snapped the picture for us. I was standing behind Perrie with my arms wrapped around her waist pressing a kiss to her cheek while she was blushing madly smiling cutely at the camera with her fingers laced in mine. I flicked through other pictures of us, me waking her up for warm-ups, Perrie pretending to fall in love with her Chinese food, me sleeping in my orange onesie, Perrie kissing me, Leigh making weird faces at the camera, Daniel hiding from me behind his hands, and many more that made me miss home. I dialed Perrie's number after a moment of hesitation, my finger hovering over the call button, then I decided against it tapping 'text' instead.
Hey pez, it's Jes, just wanted to say nanite, it's finally bedtime over here, xxx
I hit send and set my phone down; I knew she probably wouldn't see it or mistake me for a crazed fan that figured out her number, geez I'm on the negative. My phone buzzed with a text; surprising me. I took it up.
Perrie: thanx love, is this a new #??
The corner of my lip turned up in a half-hearted smile, oh Perrie, always slow. I texted back again.
Yer, wait-aren't u supposed to b sleeping young lady!?
Another reply:
Perrie: yeh, but I can't really sleep proper-ill try thou-nanite xx
I sighed quickly typing in one last text.
Nanite pez, good luck xx
I sent the text feeling my eyes tearing up again when my sight landed on my wallpaper again. So I changed it to a picture of Daniel. Frustrated I threw my phone away from me shaking and curling up into a ball crying quietly, how I hated that if I kept the Perrie one I wouldn't be able to handle being here much longer.
Speaking of living here, I need a job. What to do hmm...
I let my mind wander drowning out my home-sickness thinking of jobs to do. None of them were safe really, I mean working at Pizza Hut, that place was public and swarmed with people, supermarkets-er I wasn't really a cashier type of person, I don't know...
"Wow my life sucks!" I muttered running out of ideas. And then it hit me. Lifeguarding! This pool is only for the neighborhood-meaning it was private. I chewed my lip, maybe I just found my new job while I was staying here. I walked upstairs letting out a yawn and downed a glass of water I brought with me. I brushed my teeth and changed into shorts and a baggy shirt going under the covers of my cozy bed. Tomorrow is Saturday, hmm, I think I am going to go out around town and explore, catch some lunch out as well. I closed my eyes willing for sleep to take me, it did and I was carried away into the darkness ignoring the wetness in my eyes.
