(Leigh-Anne)
"Thanks for taking me out Leigh Leigh, I had a great time." Perrie's blue eyes shined like a child on Christmas.
I had taken her to an amusement park, in a way I sort of kept my promise, but I still sort of broke it as well, I hadn't taken Perrie out when I told her I would, but I still took her out a week later-and I'm rather happy I did as well, I loved to see her smile, because when Perrie smiled, I smiled, knowing she was happy made me happy too.
And the best part was, since I was thinking this time, I took her to a small town that was small and cozy, without any famously known citizens living there so that meant no cameras! "It's completely worth it Pezza, we should do this again." I shook my head, waving it off, because it really wasn't a problem, I'm glad I took her out, we needed some time together-er to catch up on being friends.
"I have to agree Leigh, we should do this again." Perrie distracted my thoughts by taking my hand. I looked down at our fingers, at how lovely her skin contrasted against mine in the sunlight.
I wish she was mine, but this is good enough.
I looked down at Perrie and gave her a smile. We exited the food court and began to walk down towards the last rides we were going to go on before we left. "Ooooohhh the Ferris wheel!" She gasped, her eyes went wide.
Oh boy.
I chuckled while she started walking to the ride, then while I threw away my things; she got impatient and started literally dragging me with her.
"Perrie! Watch out!" I screeched almost bumping into an elderly old woman that was walking arm in arm with another old man, Aww that was so cute-they were happily together for years! I don't know, honestly I find it adorable, I mean 2 out of 3 marriages always end in a divorce, but this is one of more couples that lived through it all.
I guess I admired them in a weird way.
"Evening ladies, enjoy your ride." The operator smiled at us while Perrie ripped the tickets out of my hands and gave them to the man.
"Thank you, kind sir." I smiled brightly while taking hold of Perrie's hand. "Thank you, now come on Leigh!" Perrie pleaded tugging on my fingers, lacing them together. "Alright pez, geez!" I giggled following her onto the cart. The other operators shut the carriage and soon enough the ride started to move.
It was perfect, there was a gap between us and the other passengers, so we had a good amount of space and privacy.
"I love going on the Ferris wheel Leigh Leigh." Perrie spoke up while we made the first round. I looked at her, agreeing with her. "Me too pez." I smiled seeing the glow of the Ferris wheel lighting up her beautiful features, it was amazing how she looked like an angel in the golden lights, everything-her bright blue eyes, her heart shaped lips, her dimples when she smiled, her cheeks, just everything I guess made me fall for her.
"Can I ask you something Leigh?" She asked me while we started to come back up. "Course you can Pezza!" I smiled kindly at her.
"Is this an act?" She said.
An act?
As in-fake?
"You think I'm being nice only because you're Jesy's ex-girlfriend?" I asked.
"Um." She fiddled with her fingers.
"Answer the question pez." I said softly.
"I uh-yeah." She nodded in shame. Bless her poor heart, I would never do that-I wouldn't talk to her just because she used to date my best friend, I genuinely liked Perrie-maybe love her even.
