Shannon and the hedgehogs continued the training by going to the jungle area of the Mystic Ruins which is like a maze with many paths. There's also a large temple that was a holy shrine for the Echidnas. They're now above the jungle on a ledge near the entrance.
Shannon:Woooooww!!! This place is huge and down there looks like a lot like flying bushes!
Amy:Not only that but there's a beautiful temple too.
Shannon: Can we go there, please daddy
Shadow: Absolutely not Shannon, that place is very dangerous with a lot of traps.
Shannon:Awwww but that's no fun
Amy:Cheer up Shanny, we got a lot of work to do to go sight seeing
Shannon:Fine, I guess you are right
Shadow:Alright Shannon, just stay there while me and Ames go down the ladder to the ground.
Shannon: You two going to leave me? I don't wanna be alone.
Amy: Don't be sad Shanny, you're never going to be alone. We're just going to watch you from above and tell you what you need to do
Shannon: Okay I can go with that.
Shadow and Amy went down the ladder in the dark jungle and they looked around.
Amy: Wow, this jungle sure looks confusing to explore in.
Shadow:I heard that archaeologists went here but some of them gets lost in here until they die of hunger.
Amy:Is that true?! I hope that we don't get lost in here too Shads!
Amy got scared and accidentally hold onto Shadow's arm. Shadow was shocked of how Amy is acting and blushed a little. Amy noticed what she was doing and quickly let's go of Shadow and blushed a crimson red all over her cheeks and let's go of him.
Amy: Oh my gosh Shads, I'm so sorry I didn't mean to grab your arm!
Shadow:I-its fine...
Amy:YOU ARE SUCH AN IDIOT ROSE, WHY DID I DO THAT! I ONLY DONE THAT TO SONIC SO WHY I DO IT TO SHADOW?! M-MAYBE MYHANDS SLIP! YEAH THAT'S GOTTA BE IT!...right?
As she yell into her brain, she started softly punching herself which concerns Shadow...and freaks him out.
Shadow:Ames...you're not acting like yourself, are you okay?
Amy:Y-yeah...there was just a bug on my face and I tried to get it off.
Shadow:Ummm ok, if you say so
Amy: OH MY GOODNESS, HE PROBABLY THINKS I'M A WIERDO!!!
Shannon: Daddy, Ames?! Are you two okay down there?!
Amy:We're fine Shanny, just fine don't need to worry about a thing.
Shadow:Yeah that's right
Shannon:Let's start already, me getting not patient!
Amy: Okay, you got it!
Shadow: Amy's lying like always, she's not good at lying...I wonder what's REALLY wrong with her...
