Shadow's eyes widen in shock, worry, and fear after hearing the terrible news from Amy that her own daughter is missing.
Shadow: Do you know where she had gone, have you been looking?!
Amy:Yeah I've been looking for a little bit but she was no where to be found. Oh Shad I hope she's not in danger.
Amy started to let out the sobs and started to cry. Shadow had a worried and sad look on his face and got up from the ground and hugged Amy to try to comfort her who hugged back starting to calm down.
Shadow: Don't cry okay, it isn't going to make anything better. And don't worry I promise that we'll find Shannon soon. And plus Shannon's a strong girl who can fly now and not afraid of heights, I believe she's just fine. Now let's go, before something bad happens Ames.
Amy: Okay...I believe you Shads.
The two hedgehogs broke away from the hugging and ran off to look for the toddler bat through the giant jungle.
SHANNY!! PLEASE COME OUT!
SHANNON, PLEASE SAY ANYTHING SO WE CAN FIND YOU!!
They kept on calling out Shannon's name for over 30 minutes determined to never give up till they see thier little bat girl, but they never found her and they're beginning to be more worried than ever before.
Amy:Oh Shad, what if we never see her again and that she got kidnap?!
Shadow: Don't think such things, if she did get kidnap then I'll beat the heck out of the kidnapper. Just be positive then everything's going to be alright.
Amy:I know but I'm just worried about her, I don't know why anyone want to hurt an innocent girl like Shanny.
Shadow:You really cared about her, don't you?
Amy:Well of course I do, she's like the little sister I never had and I wanna protect her no matter what.
Shadow:It's great that you do, but take it easy. And what am I like to you.
Amy:You're like...the big brother I never had.
Shadow: Oh man, I was hoping she'll say that I'm like her boyfriend....
Shadow: Awww that's sweet of you to say...and you're like my...little sister
Amy:Yay, thanks for cheering me up Shads!
Shadow:No problem, now let's keep on keeping an eye out for Shannon.
Amy:Right!
After the mushy moment there was suddenly a rustling sound coming from a bush which made Amy and Shadow alarmed. Amy hid behind Shadow who sweatdropped amd blush.
Amy: Who could be inside the bush?! The kidnapper?! A bear?! A MONSTER?!
Instead of being something dangerous, a little kawaii normal bunny popped out of the bush and Shadow and Amy sighed with relief.
Shadow:Thank goodness it's just a bunny
Amy:Awww it's such a little cutie!
But then they heard a twig snapped which made the bunny run off and Shadow got in front of Amy protectively. Who came out made Shadow and Amy happy and relieved...it was Shannon and Rouge.
Amy: Shanny you're okay?!
Shadow: Solaris you must've found Shannon and take her to find us!
Amy and Shadow's happiness fade away when they saw the two bats doesn't look as happy to see them. Rouge had a disguisted look on her face while Shannon looked pissed off.
Shadow: Shannon? What's wrong honey?
Shannon: Do not call me honey you jerk! WHY YOU DID NOT TELL ME THAT YOU ARE NOT MY REAL DADDY?!
