Shannon fell on her kness and starts to cry uncontrollably.
Rouge:...Sorry Shannon...but it's for the best...so I can't lose you again...
Amy: So you're only caring about whay only you want instead of your own daughter?!
Rouge:You wouldn't understand since you never had a child of your own!!!!
Shadow: I understand Rouge since I taken care of Shannon a lot longer than you...and she's right and you don't understand her as much as I do.
Rouge:That doesn't mean a thing, you were still a horrible father!!
Amy:No you're wrong, he's one of the best fathers I know. A good father would care for his child more than himself and sacrifice everything for the child since he loves her more than anything else in the world. That's exactly how Shads feel for Shanny, but you're just to blind by anger to see it. But you're not being a good mother since you don't care what Shanny thinks and all you care about is killing me and Shads.
Rouge had a guilty look on her face, Shannon had a shock look, while Shadow weakly smiled at Amy being proud of her. Rouge then got off of Shadow who slowly got up.
Rouge:Fine you win...but I still not ok with my daughter living with you Shadow the Hedgehog...but she forgives people too easily and still liked you and Amy...so what about we let Shannon decide who she wants to spend rest of her life with.
Shadow:Yeah....that's seems fair...and whoever she chooses there won't be any more hatred between us
Rouge:Right...it's a deal
Amy: Okay Shanny, this is your own decision no one else's. We won't be angry at you with whatever your decision is. Now...make your own choice.
Shannon just stood there looking back at Shadow and Rouge thinking really hard. The others were anxiously waiting for Shannon's response. After like 5 minutes, Shannon took a deep breath.
Shannon: Sorry mommy...but I pick...daddy and Ames
Rouge: *has a bit of a sad look*
Shadow: *shocked with eyes of amzement*
Amy has a joyful face and ran to Shannon and hugged her who smiled and hugged back
Amy:Glad to have you back with us Shannon!
Shannon: So am I Ames! Hey daddy!
Shadow: *soften eyes*Yes...Shannon?
Shannon: Here I come!
Shannon let go of Amy, flew to Shadow, and hugged him. Shadow smiled sweetly at Shannon and hugged back.
Amy: So...no hard feelings right?
Rouge:Nah not at all
Amy:And don't feel like you're unloved cause you can adopt another child of your own or find a good husband...there's other fish in the sea so you just need to try to look.
Rouge:Yeah...you're right Amy Rose
Shannon:Yay, that means we're all friends right?!
Shadow, Amy and Rouge: *smiled*Yep that's right
Shadow:Now let's get out of this temple, its hard to breathe in here
Amy:I'm right there with you Shads.
The hedgehog and bat duo started in thier way out of the temple, not ad enemies but as friends
