Ever wonder what would happen if you were transported from your world to the cruel yet beautiful world of Attack on Titan? You might spend a lot of time with Levi Ackerman, humanity's strongest, but is that time alone enough to help you survive in a...
I wasn't sure of what to do so I stood up carefully and walked around the area cautiously. Even though Titans weren't very active at night, I wanted to be careful. If there's one thing I learned from Hanji and her crazy science experiments, it was definitely that Titans couldn't survive without sunlight, thus they were dormant-ish at night. Some of them had a little more fire in them than others though. I kept thinking about Levi's expression when he saw me. It wasn't what I was expecting (then again, I wasn't expecting anything being in a new world). He actually looked genuinely surprised that there was someone other than the Scouts in the city. Then again, technically I was in a place full of Titans without weapons so, he probably was wondering and surprised at how long I had survived out there. Then an unrelated thought graced my mind. 'I probably looked really mysterious and awesome from a distance, that or I looked like a scared, weak little girl. Probably the latter.' I sat back down and tried to strategize on what to do.

Petra was taken off-guard by how quickly it got dark. She figured this would make it easier to avoid Titans but it would make it harder to find the girl that Levi was talking about. She wished that Levi had given her a description of what she looked like, but she wasn't complaining. All she could think was 'How did she survive out here all on her own? And if she's around, are there others?' Petra would hate to admit it to Captain Levi or any of the rest of the squad but she got lost considering it got really dark, really quickly. She didn't want to report back to HQ empty-handed though so she kept looking around. Finally, she recognized the buildings nearby and knew exactly where she was going and eventually arrived where Levi said the girl would most likely be.

I went inside the building where I had watched Levi from the steeple. I looked for a kitchen and found one but there was only spoiled food. I backed up against a wall and slid down it. I hugged my knees to my chest and looked at how dark it was. It was absolutely silent, something I hated, only because it normally meant loneliness. On top of that, by now I'd given up hope that this was a dream. It was all too real. I wasn't sure how the hell I got here, but it didn't matter. I was stuck here until I found a way back home. If there even was one. I got my phone out and looked at the lock screen of me and Seth taking a selfie at the skate park after he won a competition. I laughed at my sweatshirt in the photo. I smirked at how it was a Levi sweatshirt and how Seth was so happy about winning that day that he didn't make a comment on it at all. I wasn't sure if I could survive all alone, especially in that dress. I cried silent tears. I put my phone back in the pocket and buttoned the pocket again. A few tears ran down my cheek until I heard the sound of 3D Maneuvering Gear. My head shot up and I completely stopped crying. I hated asking for help, but to survive in this world, I needed it.

I stayed put in my position but stopped hugging my knees once I saw who it was. I knew from watching even just a few episodes she was in, that Petra was a nice person who wanted to help humanity. I took a deep breath as she walked into the building and immediately spotted me. I looked up at her with tear-stained cheeks and she knelt down to ask me some simple questions. "Are you okay?" I shrugged and got out a quiet "no." She looked very sympathetic. I started having thoughts about possibly dying here. She then gave a small smile, "What's your name?" I decided that if I wanted to get to safety that I had to answer these questions quickly and cooperatively. "(L/N), (Y/N) (L/N)." Petra knew she was getting somewhere and asked me more questions like where I was from, how I got here, how I survived, and if there were any others- the basic questions. She told me her name but I already knew that. "I don't know honestly where I'm at, I'm not from around here. I just kinda fell asleep and woke up here. And as for more people, I don't know. I didn't have anyone else with me at least. When I was trying to get to safety I didn't see anyone around either so, I'm guessing it's just me."
Petra looked confused but she could tell I was telling the truth. She could tell by the way my posture was that I was feeling broken, confused, and missed something. She didn't know what but she knew if she wanted to get me back to HQ she was going to have to be gentle and avoid the Titans as much as possible. I looked up at her hoping she believed me. She held out her hand to help me stand up and I took it because I knew I could trust her. "Well (Y/n), I'm gonna take you back to HQ where you can meet the rest of my squad and some other scouts. Then, from there we'll get you some new clothes as well." I looked down at my clothes and realized I got dirt on the white dress and ripped it slightly at the bottom as well. I cracked a slight smile and thanked her as I followed her out the door. We heard more noises from multiple 3DMGs. Then right before my eyes, the rest of the Levi squad dropped down in front of me. I had to not fangirl so that way I wouldn't look like a psychopath in front of the most elite people in the world! I was pretty good at keeping myself calm from having to hide all the fangirling from Seth. I looked at them as Petra said "Well, maybe you'll meet the squad sooner than later!" She smiled and introduced me to Gunther, Eld, Oluo, and finally, Levi. "So, after two hours you finally found her." I heard Levi's nice deep voice and could hear a hint of sarcasm in it. I looked at his face which showed he was kind of unimpressed, he also had his arms crossed. I wasn't surprised at how commanding Levi's presence was. Eld spoke up and said something about me being "the girl the Captain saw in the window." I nodded my head. I put my hood on my cloak down so everyone could see my face. I wanted to introduce myself as someone other than 'the girl in the window' but Petra beat me to it.
"Her name's (Y/n). I think she has amnesia. She doesn't know how she got here or why she's here. She said there was no one else with her Captain, and judging from how this area is, I believe her." I looked at how Petra went from being so approachable and nice-looking to so serious when speaking to Levi. The fact that his squad wasn't in the least bit intimidated by him and trusted him so much was something I admired about the group. I was in my own little world until I heard Levi talking in a 'matter of fact' tone. "Let's get back to HQ. Erwin will wonder where we got to, besides I was told that I'm supposed to accompany him to interrogate some cadet." I instantly thought of Eren and my eyes widened, especially when I realized he stepped towards me. I looked at Petra and she gave me a reassuring smile. I looked back at Levi and stepped towards him. He grabbed me by the waist and we flew off with the 3DMG. I was freaking out internally. For one, I was experiencing what it's like to get around using 3D Maneuvering Gear and it was fun as hell! And second of all, I was really close to Levi. I could hear the man breathing, as awkward as that was. Anyway, I looked at his emotionless face and admired it for a second. It was fine until he realized I was looking at him. That got me to stop staring pretty quickly. Petra saw this cause she was flying through the air beside us. She chuckled and smiled at me. I was having a fun yet embarrassing time, but I didn't care 'cause I was safe and knew I could trust these guys. I was so tired yet just watching buildings fly by was calming rather than exhilarating, so somehow I fell asleep holding onto Levi, flying through the air. As cliche as it sounds, it was nice and Levi thought I apparently looked cute like that, though he would never admit it out loud until way later.
