It's 3 weeks before the mission. You've been practicing your skills with Petra and helping Eren cope with Hanji's experiments. You told Levi a good while back about the female titan, but he didn't seem too bothered by it. Every time you brought it up he said he'd speak to Erwin about it. You are done with his dismissive nature on something so dangerous that it could change humanity's fate. Even if it is in order to protect you.

Your POV:
I was walking to Erwin's office. I needed to check on the battle strategy. I couldn't have all these people die when I could change the course of their fate. As I got close to the door though, Levi walked out and he basically swooped me up like a bride, carrying me away. "Did you talk to Erwin about the vision I had yet?" Levi just rolled his eyes "Yeah, yeah. He'll consider it." I struggled and got out of Levi's arms. "Levi. You are a captain. It is your responsibility to figure this out. Aren't you at least a little worried about all the casualt-?!" Levi placed his hand over my mouth. "Don't say that too loud, people will go into a panic." He removed his hand and I glared at him. "Levi, They joined the scout regiment for a reason. They know what they are getting into..." I sighed and walked toward Erwin's office again. I walked through the doorway and told Erwin what I had told Levi about the female titan and eventually, Levi joined us to back me up. Erwin said he would think about it, but that he already had Levi mention it to him before. I got frustrated and marched over to Erwin's desk and looked at the plans he was writing. There was a small note about possible abnormals. "She is not just another abnormal! Why don't you believe me!" I got a slight pain in my head, but I ignored it, "I even know who it is-" The pain got sharper and I stumbled. Levi braced me from falling. "(Y/n), I think you should get some rest." I got more frustrated and I started crying tears of anger. "The female titan is another hu-" I cried out in pain and tried to continue, "Erwin please, please listen to me I don't want these people to die! The female titan is-" The pain got sharper and I passed out.

Levi's POV:

When (Y/n) walked back to Erwin's I was just going to let her go do her thing, but something nagged me. Something wasn't right. I'm glad that I decided to follow her. She was so angry and crying... Then she just passed out. I caught her and I looked at Erwin. I didn't know what to do, but I could tell something was off about him too. I just took her back to her room and set her on the bed. I went back to my room and worked on paperwork. I came back and checked on (Y/n) multiple times to see if she had woken up yet, but nothing. I'd check on her any free time I got until she woke up. As I said before, the bitch had me wrapped around her finger.

Your POV:

I was home... I was talking to my mom about the training and what happened between Seth and me. I walked into my room and saw my laptop screen was slightly cracked at the edges. I plugged it in as it was dead so it took a minute to reboot itself. When it finally booted up, it started updating so I groaned and went to talk to my mom. I assumed that it was a dream from me being sick or maybe being in the world was a dream, but the more days went by I realized that it couldn't be. My best friend caught wind of my return. So she visited and we had a little sleepover. It had been months. I missed them but I was concerned about the attack on titan world. Had anything I did have an effect on the show here? The answer eventually became clear to me as yes. Why was I here? I told my mom about Levi without mentioning the name and she said she was glad I was moving on.

I was too. After (Y/f/n) left I retreated to my room and saw the aftermath. My laptop was finally done updating and I got on the website I used to watch anime. I was shocked when I searched for the full episodes (I am a cheap and practically broke person) and saw articles about the manga artist, Hajime Isayama, changing the beginning of the story and also about how new seasons of the anime were about to be produced and how the original episodes had changed to include a new character who fell ill in the last newly changed episode. I watched it and saw Levi waiting for a new character to wake up. I closed my laptop and ran my hands through my hair. I needed to get back. I couldn't go back to living there in such a small ass town. Nothing happened and even when something does, it is on a catastrophic level that puts the town into a depression-like state.

I couldn't go back to that life. I just couldn't. I started crying because I wanted to help my squad and go back to being genuinely happy. My world wasn't the same and I adapted to the constant action, so I became extremely bored. Even though my mother and I patched our relationship after she broke it off with Wade the Dickwad, I felt off and sad without my new friends-

"Where's (Y/n)?! I heard she's home."

Seth.

"Seth, I gotta head to work and she is uhh... sick! So you can say hi and just go, okay? I'm running late. If she is asleep just leave a note or something"

My mom ran out the door and I sat on my bed awkwardly as Seth walked into the house. I walked out to the living room and crossed my arms. "What do you want?" He held out the ring I threw in my room at HQ. "I'm sorry, I thought it was just a little couple's spat, but when the ring showed up on my doorstep... I knew you meant it." I was confused about how the ring even got back to him, but I sighed. "I am sorry too, but I met someone and I am really serious about my job already." Seth nodded, "You were salutatorian, but (Y/f/n) took that role when you didn't come back for a speech." I rolled my eyes, "Seth, I know. She's still my best friend. She tells me a lot. Anyway, I should start packing. I have to go back soo-" "Wait. Did you say you met someone?" I smiled. "Yeah... He's in the military with me. He's a captain..." Seth looked confused and when I asked him to leave so I could pack to leave myself (a lie) it flipped a switch. Seth turned into a psycho ex-boyfriend. He grabbed my arm and told me I couldn't leave again and started yelling at me that his life was so hard without me.

"Seth! I DON'T CARE! YOU ARE SCARING AND ANNOYING ME! NOW LET ME GO!" I got out of his grip and ran into my room. I slammed the door shut and locked it. "Seth, I am sorry things were tough when I left, but I have a life to get back to... and you are just... too much. I'm sorry." Things got quiet and I stared at the door. All of a sudden the door sounded like it was being rammed into. "I AM NOT TOO MUCH! I AM PERFECT! NO ONE IS BETTER THAN ME! AND I KNOW YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT ANDY BROOKS! HE WENT INTO THE MILITARY AFTER HE FOUND OUT THAT'S WHERE YOU WENT! GOD DAMN IT! HE ISN'T BETTER THAN ME AND IF I CAN'T HAVE YOU THEN HE CAN'T EITHER!!!"

'WHAT IN THE LITERAL FUCK WAS GOING ON WITH HIM?!'  I don't remember what happened after that. I heard the door hinges start to come off the wall, I screamed in response to get someone to call the police since I didn't know where my phone was and then a crackling sound. I woke up in my bed at the HQ. I didn't know how I got there, but it was just a day before the mission. I shot up in bed and was sweating bullets. 'What the fuck?' I laid on the bed and found my room was especially clean and that my uniform was nowhere to be found other than the jacket. I was laying in this soft material. I sat up again and saw I was in Petra's nightgown. "wha-?" "(Y/N)!" Petra came running in. "I was just about to check on you! I'm so glad you're okay. My god, you scared us so much." I got dizzy as she hugged me and my head hit the pillow. "Petra. Let her rest." "L-Levi?" He came over and dismissed Petra. I laid there tired and felt completely drained of energy. "How are you feeling?" I chuckled, "Sick... But I am a little bit better with you here." Levi rolled his eyes and smirked. "Go to sleep freak. You need to rest." Levi started to get up until I grabbed his hand. "I'll be ready for the mission." Levi scoffed, "Like hell, you will be. It's tomorrow." I tried to interject, but I got a massive headache. "You need to rest up." Levi caressed my cheek and I fell asleep due to the pain in my head.

(A/N):

Hey, guys. I know It has been like a year. I am so sorry. I've been working on scholarships and school and college classes so I don't have to take gen ed classes when I go to my college I got accepted into and yeah. All that jazz. I also joined Cheerleading again last year so that keeps me busy as well into this year because I am more invested in it this year. There's no excuse for me to not write in my free time. I randomly got inspiration over Christmas break. I originally was going to post this on Christmas Eve, but I wanted to add another paragraph or more since I felt bad. I'm already working on the next chapter though! So, that should be out semi-soon. Also, we're almost at a thousand reads/views. Thank you guys so much. Anyway, I hope you enjoyed your late Christmas present (or Channukah or Kwanza present). Goodbye, my little titan killers!
