Chapter 15

I woke up and didn't hear anything. The HQ was quiet. I got up, a little dizzy, and saw not even my jacket was there. "What the fuck...?" I stumbled around my room and tried to look for clothes in general. My outfit from when I arrived here was replaced with different clothes. My light blue cloak was missing as well. A green T-shirt, black leggings, and brown boots. Boots with a few inches of a heel. I groaned. 'whatever put this here doesn't want me to be comfortable.' I sighed and put the outfit on. I threw Petra's nightgown into her room. No one was around the HQ, at all. I walked quickly to Levi's room hoping for some reason that he'd be there. I got pissed and shoved some papers on his desk onto the floor. I ran down to the Mess Hall and grabbed an apple. I found someone's leftover scout cloak and threw it on. 'Keep me out of the action... fuck no. Not gonna happen.' I ate most of the apple and got everything I needed from the armory. Thankfully they didn't take Calamity as one of the extra horses on the mission. I saddled her up while she ate the rest of my apple and we rode. I stayed more towards the trees to keep away from Titans. I passed tons of dead Titans and dead soldiers. I managed to avoid the live Titans. Most of them were at the edge of the huge forest. Staring up at the soldiers holding their attention. 

I managed to leave Calamity behind in a semi-safe spot and I hoped I wasn't too late. I flew through the forest while people started evacuating. 'FUCK THAT BITCH I'LL GET TO THE SQUAD FIRST' I was determined to get there first. I was crying silently from anger and frustration while I flew as fast as I could through the air. I passed over Erwin and Hanji and knew I had time because of where they were. I got there in time to see Gunther fall into the tree. I maneuvered around the trees and got to Annie and rammed into her, sending her flying into a tree. "Fuck you, Bitch! I KNOW YOU!" She tried ramming into me as well, but I dodged her just in the nick of time. She tried cutting my gear as she did to Gunther. "I don't think so bitch!" I sliced her arm a bit. She pushed me aside and went back after Eren. I tried following her until she rammed into me (this time successfully). I got slammed into a tree and I fell onto a branch. I laid there just in the shock of the pain for a bit. And because I slammed down on my ankle in those god damned heels, I twisted my ankle, but because I didn't land right... I also fell on my back. I laid there until I saw the lightning. I was still paralyzed for a minute. I screamed in anger and tried to get up. I managed to sit up. I pulled the boot off and practically growled at the heels. I stretched out my ankle by moving it in circles and I slapped the boot back on and took off for Annie. I got there just in time to see Petra and Olou get smacked down. I flew over to Petra. "Petra! No. Nonononono! This isn't happening. I-I-I need y-" "Shh... (Y/n)... You'll be fine without me... Live through this. Make me proud..." With that Petra took her last breath. I screamed and cried. I couldn't be heard over Eren's titan screams. "I couldn't save you..." I bawled as I sat on the ground.

I then ran on foot towards the Titan fight. I had run out of gas. "FUCK!" I was running in heels through the rough terrain of the forest. I twisted the same ankle as before and saw Eren get his head taken off. "Damn!" I watched as Mikasa screamed as Annie "ate" Eren. "God that is so much more graphic up close." Out of nowhere, Levi grabbed a pissed Mikasa and flew away with her. I started running towards Annie. "ANNIE! COME OUT AND FACE ME, YOU COWARDLY BITCH! YOU KILLED MY BEST FRIEND! MY SIST- My... my sister..." She looked at me in her titan form and stared me down and just flicked me with her finger, I went flying. I didn't have the heart to fight anymore. I had lost two sisters now. Why couldn't I protect anyone I love? She pushed down on me with the weight of her finger. She was playing with me before killing me. I just wanted her to admit what she fucking did. "I can't change anything now... I couldn't save anyone. YOU ARE A FUCKING PSYCHOPATH ANNIE! GOD FUCKING DAMN IT!" With that, the infamous female titan threw me into the woods. I laid on the ground watching Levi start to lay the beat down on her. I could barely keep my eyes open from having my head hit the trunk of a tree. I crawled toward Levi and Annie. I passed out before I could see the outcome.

I woke up on the back of one of the carts with several swords pointed at me. They told me they were imprisoning me. I demanded to see Levi or Erwin. The soldiers told me they'd be down to interrogate me once they had time. I laid back as I felt like I was going to puke. 

Levi's POV:

'This is what I get for getting close to some random bitch.' I didn't want to believe that she was the female titan, but she happened to be in the area after all that. It seemed a little too easy to capture her after the fact, as she was just laying there but... No. Those who died and their comrades needed her guilt. I thought more about it. 'Maybe that's why she knew what was going to happen. Fuck... I shouldn't feel bad for her. The evidence we have... I should be pissed at her. She killed so many good men, including her own squadmates. She killed Petra, I thought they were practically sisters. Cold-hearted bitch. And I thought I had issues.' I looked down at my ankle. It hurt, but I didn't have time to worry about it. I eventually fell asleep in my chair as usual. I normally don't dream, but I saw (Y/n) curled up, chained, shivering, and crying. I woke up and started to walk to Petra's room. I couldn't ask her for advice anymore. I saw Petra's nightgown laying on the floor. I picked it up and folded it neatly. I walked down the hall and downstairs towards where she was shackled.

I dismissed the soldiers guarding her. I pulled up a wooden chair and looked at her sleeping. She looked miserable. I sighed and ran my hand through my hair. She was shivering so much. I sighed again and threw the nightgown in through the bars. It landed on her chest and she woke up. "Captain!" I stood up and glared at her. She looked at the nightgown and froze. "You killed her. I hope you're happy." She started tearing up. "It's all my fault..." I raised an eyebrow. "How could you kill her after she did so much for you? And they say I'm cold-hearted. Hell, I bet you don't even have a heart, bitch." I spit the last word like venom. Her tears spilled over. "I-I tried to stop her..." She hugged Petra's nightgown. "Petra? Please... I-I miss you so much already." She sniffled, "L-Levi, I don't know what you think I did, but I can promise I would never hurt anyone intentionally. Especially if they're a part of my extended family." She looked up at me with her tears slowly drying up.

Your POV:

Levi got up close to the bars and stared me right in the eyes. I blinked more tears away. I stared back at him, straight in the eyes. "I promise." Levi groaned. "I know that you believe me, Levi. You don't think I actually did this! Do you?" He sighed and reached out his hand through the bars. "Levi, I can't hold your hand. My arms are too short- especially with these chains-" "I'm giving Petra's nightgown to her family. I'll give you the blanket from her room. Okay? I know you two were close." I hugged Petra's nightgown one last time and smelled it. I'd never see her again. I sniffled as I threw Levi the nightgown. "Did you come down only to make me feel worse?" I chuckled and smiled weakly. Levi sighed, "I wanted to see you before anything happened to you, to be honest. I grabbed the nightgown when I started getting angry about the whole thing. I was going to make you feel better, but it turned into a tantrum... I'm sorry."

I frowned, "I'm sorry too... Whatever I did." Levi shook his head, "Everyone thinks you're the female titan." I rolled my eyes, "the bitch set me up. Fucking great." "What?" I groaned and tried to get closer to the bars, but forgot about the shackles. "Ow, Damn..." Levi smirked. "Before you say anything, Mr. Smartass, I know who the female titan is. I've had time to reflect in here about why I passed out in Erwin's office a few weeks ago." 'I can't just say that I don't know what happens after season 1. Stupid hiatuses.' I took a deep breath. "My psychic abilities are starting to fade away. I try to tell someone what I saw and it hurts my head because I'm losing it. I don't know why, but I guess I won't be of any help if  I make it out of this shit." I pulled at the shackles again. "Levi, I know what's going to happen, but I can't give away specifics, otherwise I pass out since the power is... leaving me. Just bring Erwin down here in the morning. I have an idea. If you believe me then Erwin probably will as well, right?" Levi rolls his eyes. "Maybe. Now get some sleep brat" I smiled and sarcastically chuckled, "Yeah because being shackled while sleeping is so comfy." I sighed, "I had just gotten asleep probably an hour before you came in and woke me." I smiled at him playfully.

Levi started walking towards the door and then stopped. "I'll tell the soldiers to loosen the chains, that's the best I can do without getting reprimanded by Erwin." He turned to look at me and I smiled. "Thank you. I mean it." Levi smiled slightly and walked out the door. Sure enough, the guards came in and loosened my chains. It wasn't unshackling, but it was close enough. Besides, if I were dumb I would try to escape, but I had faith that something would work out. I laid there until one of the guards threw a blanket at me. I could finally sleep.
