Iris's P.O.V.
"You two have to be careful. Jeff will call me when he wants me to teleport you back. Be careful." Slender Man instructed. "Yeah, yeah. We get it, just shut the fuck up and get us there." Slendy stared at him for a minute. "Alright, Jeff."
We were surrounded by a darkness and I felt nauseous and light headed, like the first time I was teleported, though it wasn't as bad. When I opened my eyes, Jeff wasn't anywhere near me. "Jeff? Jeff?!" I heard a yelp. I looked and saw Jeff being hanged on a tree by his hoodie. "Haha, looks like Slendy got pissed at you." I helped him down.
I was wearing a cloth around my mouth. "Iris, what's up with the cloth covering your mouth..." He went silent. "Iris, he won't judge you by the scar. If he does, he's a judgmental prick." I shook my head. "Better safe than sorry." He looked at me. "Iris, you shouldn't have to risk being sorry. He... Never mind. Just know that no matter what he says, you're beautiful to me." I looked at him. "I have to do this, Jeff..."
We were right in front of his house. He lived upstairs, so I had to climb. "Jeff, stay here. I'll be back." He stared at me with a sad expression. "Don't worry Jeff... I love you. I chose you. If I wanted to get away, I'd have hit you in the back of the head and run. I haven't, and I won't." I kissed him briefly and began to climb.
I looked in the window to see Zach laying on his bed. I tapped on his window. He sat up and looked at me. He dropped what he was holding and rushed to the window. He opened it up and stared at me. "No... No way in hell..." He and I stared for a minute. "Hey Zach. Been a while, hm?" He nodded.
"I can't believe you're alive. This just... We all thought you were dead! There was a memorial service and everything!" I shook my head. "I don't have much time to talk, though! I have to get back, soon. I just... I needed to see my friend one last time." He stared. "Iris... I've had the biggest thing for you for forever! I don't want to lose you again..." I shook my head. "I have a lover, now... He's waiting down their for me. I love him." I said. He looked at me with a look of horror. "WHAT?!?! Lemme see this dead fuck!!!" he snapped. "Uh... You don't wanna mess with him. Trust me." He shook his head.
"Take that cloth off of your mouth! It's covering most of your face!" he ripped the cloth off of my face. He stared at me in horror. "What happened to your face?! It was so beautiful! Now it's... Ewwwwww!!! I can't believe I wanted to hook up with that!!! I stared at him. I was right, he did judge me by my scar.
I felt the tears come down as I didn't retaliate. This guy was my best friend for a while, and this is how he's treating me?! I trusted him! I couldn't hit him, though, so I just began to cry.
There were noises from outside, like something was coming up here. I watched as Jeff climbed up with a look of hate on his face. "Ewwww!!! THAT'S your boyfriend?! He's so... That's awful! Get away from me!" Jeff looked furious. "You insulted my beautiful Iris, huh? Oh...You're dead." He walked over to Zach. I expected a knife to be pulled out, but instead, he didn't ever grab for his pocket. He just took a stance. "The hell is he doing?" Zach asked. "He... He's a boxer."
Jeff punched him across the face, hard. He slugged blow after blow, laughing all the way. "You hurt my Iris, you pay the price." Zach cried. "Iris help me!" he called. I said nothing, just sat turned. "Iris, my parents are out and I can't reach my phone to call nine one one! Help me or get him off of me!!!" I sat away, not wanting to speak to him. Let Jeff kill him for all I care.
He stopped begging. "Iris!" he moaned one last time. "Now's the fun part!" Jeff laughed. I turned around to see Jeff about to plunge a knife into his chest. Zach kicked the knife out of his hand, and it landed at my feet. They both stared at me, and I knew that who I gave the knife to decided all three of our fates. I looked back and forth a few tines. Closing my eyes, I gave Jeff his knife. He laughed and I felt a bit of blood splatter on me. Zach's Blood.
I began to cry even more. I'd let my boyfriend kill my best friend. What's worse? I didn't totally regret it. After what he said to me... I was even somewhat glad. Jeff kissed me softly. "It'll be okay, Iris. I love you. That's why I did what I did. He hurt you, so I killed him." I laid my head into his chest.
We went home and I went immediately to bed. I needed to sleep after a long day. Smile was waiting at the door for me, but I trudged past him. I collapsed into my bed, not even changing into night clothes. Jeff came in after he showered and changed, laying next to me. "Iris, sorry to say this, but you need a shower. You smell like blood." I stood up and took a real quick shower. When I stepped out, I didn't bother to grab and night clothes, so I went to bed naked. I'm not sure if Jeff realized or not, but he was being pretty cuddly with me.
