11| The princess has arrived

~Luke~

Okay, this is the last time I will ever underestimate Stephanie. I swear she's amazing at everything. No lie.

Right now she's on the football pitch skilling all the boys (including Calum) and I'm just here on the sideline like a freaking cheerleader who sucks at cheering.

Before I knew what was happening I was on the muddy ground, clutching my cheek. I heard Calum's uncontrollable laughter coming towards me.

"Nice to know you care 'bout me, mate," I groan, laying my head on the mud whilst turning my head to the football that just attacked me.

"I care a lot," Calum tells me. I could practically hear the smirk in his voice.

"You did that on purpose, didn't you?" I ask him even though I already knew the answer.

I opened my eyes to see his hand on his heart as of he was hurt. "Me? Never."

I scoffed, standing up. "For once I'm not the only one falling over," Stephanie praises whilst smiling.

Thwack.

"What was that for," Stephanie whined, glaring at Calum.

"I'm the one falling over too," Calum stated, crossing his arms.

"But that's because you bumped into me, idiot." She thwacks the back of Calum's head.

"You three, get back on the pitch right now!" Our PE teacher shouted at us.

"Jesus," I mumbled. "Don't worry madam, it's not like I was hit in the face with a football or anything."

"Hey, Calum," I said, trying to get his attention. "Throw me a grape," I ordered.

Calum's brown eyes looked at me, then looked down at the grapes that was on the coffee table right in front of me.

"Dude, they're like 30 centimetres away from you," he stated, looking back at the TV.

"Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeee," I whine.

His eyes stayed trained to the TV.

"Calummmmmmmm," I dragged out.

He dramatically sighed. "Fine."

He walked over to the grapes and threw one at me. The grape he threw went nowhere near my mouth.

"Come on, Cal."

Calum picked up a handful of grapes and threw them at me. Luckily, I got 3 in my mouth.

"Happy?" Cal asks me.

I gave him a cheeky smile. "Very."

The front door swung open as two boys walked in.

"The princess has arrived," Michael exclaimed with his arms spread out.

Calum raised his eyebrow. "You're a princess now?"

"No, Ashton's the princess," Michael scoffed. "I'm obviously the queen," he added.

"Aww," Ashton pouted, "what if I wanted to be the pony?"

Michael crossed his arms. "You're my pony."

The dimples on Ashton's face stood out as he smiled widely, clearly happy that he was a pony.

Sometimes I think long and hard to myself if these boys will ever grow up. But then, they do something stupid and I remember that they never will.
