11| In the end, everyone leaves
~Stephanie~
Shit. That's all I feel like right now.
First off, it's a Saturday morning and a very early Saturday morning might I add. 4am on a Saturday morning to be precise.
Its 4:00 in the morning and my thoughts are still being thrown around my head.
Yesterday, I was supposed to be walking with my 'best friend', Leigh, but she ditched me. So, I had to walk by myself all the way to Charlie's house from school.
Then came football training on a Friday night and Leigh just completely ignored me for the 2 whole hours of training. She wouldn't even spare a single glance at me.
Now, I'm worrying about tomorrow because we have to spend 4 hours together because of our football and rugby match.
Honestly, I don't know why she's ignoring me because I've basically been thinking about this the whole time since yesterday and I don't remember saying/doing anything wrong to upset her.
I guess I'll just have to wait and see if this whole thing blows off before tomorrow's matches.

Nope.
The whole thing didn't blow off and she's sending me death glares. Yay.
Earlier, during warm-up, she hit me with a ball... in the face... while she was trying to shoot. I wasn't anywhere near goal.
I mean, really, I know she sucks at shooting but she doesn't suck that bad for the ball to go in the opposite direction of the fucking goal!

Now we're in our rugby match and still, she continued to send death glares at me. If she were glaring her death glare at anyone, they would probably be dead by now. But me? No.
Actually, I find all this quite funny. The way she narrows her eyes and concentrates so hard is actually laughable to me.
I was running with the ball, heading for the try line while pushing through the bodies of people.
I was now only a few meters away from the try line before I got tackled to the ground... hard.
My arms stretched out with the ball in my hands as someone stepped over me and another person grabbed the ball from my hands.
I looked down at my lower body to see who just tackled me and -to my surprise- I found Leigh.
Is that even allowed? Are you allowed to tackle your own team mate?
"What's wrong with Leigh?" One of my team mates say from my elbow once I got up.
"I don't know... She's just been acting weird lately," I tell her.
"Well she better stop acting weird if we want to win this match," she says before jogging away.
And really? I agree with her.

It's Monday, my favourite day of the week. Please note the sarcasm.
My head is throbbing and my body aching because of the rugby match yesterday.
As soon as I walk onto the year 11 playground, my usual friends (except for Leigh, of course) surround me, bombarding me with questions.
"What's wrong with Leigh?"
"What's going on between you and Leigh?"
"Why're you ignoring Leigh?"
The last one made my blood boil. I'm not the one ignoring her. She ignored me and I tried to talk to her several times.
