So after the video played and it showed all our pictures from throughout the years, the valedictorian Journie Davis gave her speech and then the top five in our class stood up. Journie Davis, Vic Payne, Angel Allen, Morgan Wade, and me. We took a bow and each said something into the microphone. Vic told Dakyrus to come on stage and say some in the mic. Dakyrus "hey y'all, all y'all know me, so I just got one thing to say. Class of 2017 uh, dab." We all dabbed and Lando went and turned on the song from the phone we had plugged in the speakers and Future & Drake's-big rings started to play. We were all juking and just enjoying our graduation.

We danced, sung, and laughed. Had everybody turnt from the parents and guests to the superintendent. Just goes to show you that even the most strict people have a fun, loose side.

I see all our parents, siblings, and boyfriends out there just happy and smiling. Then I look over and see Trix glaring at me and my whole emotion stopped, he glared like his eyes were burning a hole inside of me. I guess Nick saw me froze cause when I looked back towards him all his boys had stood up and were facing Trix. I silently prayed to god to at least let us get through graduation. Nick looked back at me and I just nodded my head to let him know everything was alright. By then the song was coming to its ending.

*Drake*

At that point everyone's cap was going in the air and the crowd was applauding. The principal and the superintendent said a few more words before releasing us outside.
