Another Surpise.

*1 weeks later*

-JesysP.O.V

I woke up early, feeling sick. I'd woken up feeling like this the past few days. I checked the time and saw it was half 6. I suddenly felt my stomach turn and I jumped up and ran to the en-suit. I started to throw up in the toilet. After a minute I felt Jade open the door and pull my hair back with one hand and rubbed my back with the other.

After about 5 minutes I sat back and Jade got me a glass of water and handed it to me. I sipped it and put it down on the floor and gave her a weak smile.

"This is the fourth day in a row you've been sick in the morning, babe" she sighed and I nodded. I suddenly realised that my period was meant to start a couple of days ago and suddenly started to panic. "Jess? What's up?" Jade knelt beside me and put her hand on my shoulder. 

"I-I've missed my period, the morning sickness? That only means one thing, right?" I looked up at her and watched her face turn shocked but then she gave me a small smile.

"Do you want me to get you a pregnancy test from the pharmacy?" she smiled and I nodded. "Well i'll pop out and get it the now yeah?" She stood up and helped me up too. I walked into the bedroom and climbed onto the bed. I watched Jade get changed and she pressed a kiss to my forehead and grabbed her purse. "Im going to go now, I wont be long" she smiled and walked out. I heard the door go and I closed my eyes again. I rested my hand on my tummy and sighed. I didn't want to be pregnant but even if I was, I refused to abort it. 

I couldn't get back to sleep so I decided to get up. I pulled on joggers and a vest top. I put my hair in a messy bun and walked in to the kitchen and made myself a coffee. I put toast in the toaster and sighed. I leant against the counter and just thought about everything.

I ate my toast and I'd just finished when Jade came back in with the pregnancy test. She handed it to me and smiled.

"So I should do this now, yeah?" I looked at it worriedly.

"Yeah, I mean, we want to find out now don't we?" she smiled and kissed my cheek. I nodded and smiled weakly and walked into the en-suit. Jade followed me through and sat on the bed and waited for me.

I did the test and waited for it to come up. I looked at it nervously and saw it come up. I checked the chart on the packet and saw it tested positive. I took a shaky breath in before opening the door and walked into the bedroom. Jade stood up and looked at the test and broke into a wide smile and put her hands on my tummy. "We're having a baby" she grinned and I shook my head and frowned. "What's up babe, aren't you happy?" Jade stroked my cheek.

"Im happy, yeah but, It's just-just" I took a deep breath in "Its Sam's baby, isn't it?" I sighed and Jade frowned.

"I guess it is" she looked at me "but lets just forget that it's his, yeah?" she took a shaky breath in and pulled me into a hug. I held her tight and buried my head in her neck. "Well, whatever happens, we'll get through it" she laughed softly and started to sing 'Change Your Life'. I joined in after a while and when we were done she kissed me softly.

We kissed for a while until I heard the postbox move so I pulled back and ran to get it. I went through it until I came across something that caught my eye. It was a letter from the court. I opened it and read it. It was about the whole thing to do with Sam and the court case. It said we had to be at the court in 3 days. I sighed and took the letter through to show Jesy.

She read it and sat down on the sofa. "I don't wanna go to court" she whined and I sat next to her.

"I don't want to either, but we have to"  I pulled her close and she lay her head on my shoulder.

"the test said I was 8 weeks gone, so that means a month and a half yeah?" she looked at me.

"Yeah, babe"

"So I don't need to go for a scan yet?"

"No I think its 3 months and I think that's when you can find out whether its a  boy or a girl" I smiled and pecked her lips.

"I know its early on but do you have any ideas for names?" she laughed softly.

"well I quite like Toby for a boy but I don't know for a girl" I smiled and she looked up at me.

"I like Jamie for a girl" she grinned and I nodded.

"That's cute, Jess" I stroked her hair and she closed her eyes. A few seconds later I heard a snore and I laughed to myself. I lay her down and stood up. There was a knock at the door and I answered it. It was Sam.

"What do you want Sam?" I spat but he just looked past me and saw Jesy. He smirked. "you dare fucking touch her and I will fucking kill you!" I glared at him and he just laughed at me. 

"Did you get the letter about the court case thing?" he frowned and I nodded.

"Is that the only reason you came here? How do you even know where we live?"

"it wasn't hard to find out" he pushed past me and pushed me into the bathroom and locked me in. I banged on the door but he wouldn't let me out.

"SAM IF YOU TOUCH HER I WILL KILL YOU!"

"IM GOING TO JAIL ANYWAYS! WHAT DOES IT MATTER"

-JesysP.O.V

I got woken up by the shouting and I saw Sam.

"Sam?!" I sat up straight and stood up.

"Hey Jesy" he smirked and walked towards me. Before I could do anything, he pushed me into the bedroom, covering my mouth so I couldn't scream. He pushed me onto the bed and pulled my clothes off.

"Sam don't!" I whimpered as he moved his hand and he just smirked. He pushed himself into me roughly, ignoring my screams. I could hear Jade banging on the door and I had tears rolling down my cheeks. Sam slapped my face a couple of times, hard.

"Stop crying!" he snapped and kept pounding into me. He didn't stop until like an hour or so later. He pulled his clothes back on and let Jade out the bathroom. He left before she could do anything and she ran right over to me.

She pulled the covers over me and held me close. I was still crying so she wiped away my tears. "shh babe, he's gone now. Its all gonna be okay."  She whispered into my ear. 

I cried harder because of everything that happened. I was terrified. I was terrified of Sam, of having a a baby, of everything.
