Wedding Dress Shopping!

*5 Months Later*

I sat down next to Jade in the playroom where she was struggling to get Jamie to sit down on her lap. Jamie could feel her feet now and whenever we tried to sit her down she tensed her legs so we couldn’t manage. I smiled at the amount on concentration on Jamie’s face and just sat and watched them for a while before I decided to help Jade. I tickled her tummy and the back of her legs until she finally sat down and I kissed her head before kissing Jade.

"I don’t want you to go," I pouted at her.

"I’m only going to Newcastle for a few days to see me mam and to get my wedding dress!" She grinned as she said the last part. I smiled at that and kissed her again.

"It’s so close," I took her left hand since she was holding Jamie with her right one and played with her ring. We had booked our wedding in a posh hotel that was only a bit outside of London. It was surrounded by woodland and they had a space there specifically for weddings so we had arranged to have it outdoors and then the reception inside the hotel in the biggest function room. We had booked out all the rooms so guests could stay the night before or after or both if they wanted.  

"I know. I can’t wait. Are you going to get Jamie’s flower-girl dress when you go as well?"

"Yeah. I’ll take her with me, she’ll enjoy all the lights and stuff in the shops," I reached over and stroked her cheek. Just then the doorbell rang and I went to answer it and let my mum in. I gave her a hug and she went and played with Jamie while I said bye to Jade. I clung onto her as I hugged her, "I’ll miss you."

"I’ll miss you too Jess but like I said, it’s only for a few days."

"I know but still," I kissed her cheek and then pecked her lips.

"I’m gonna go now. Bye baby," She kissed me and when she pulled away, I whispered,

"Bye."

"I love you."

"I love you more."

"I love you most."

She grinned and kissed me again before heading out the door. I ran out to the balcony and watched her getting into her car and driving off. I then headed back into see my mum and Jamie. Jamie was playing with her necklace.

"I’m gonna get my shoes on and then I’ll be ready to go."

"Okay love," she smiled at me and I headed to get my stuff.

My sister and Leigh and my old friend Jasmine had met us and we were now in a posh wedding dress shop, seaching for the right one. We had already picked Jamie’s dress for her to wear. It was a beautiful baby pink colour with a lilac ribbon around her waist. It had the outline of pink flowers sewen into it and she looked so adorbale in it. We decided to get her dress first since she had just woken up for a nap and was still half asleep so it was easier to put dresses on her.

I then decided to get Jade, Leigh and Jasmine their brides maids dresses since they were my bridesmaids and Jade was having Perrie and one of her old friends, as her bridesmaids. We had decided together that my bridesmaids would be blue dresses and Jades would have purple since the colour scheme was purple, blue and white. I found some that they both loved and then moved onto my dress

Me, my mum, Leigh and Jade were searching through the rails and rails of dresses while Jamie was curled up on the couch. I was being very specific and picky about what I wanted but the woman in the shop said it was normal. I wanted one that had some elelment of black in it but there wasnt very much choice in this shop. I eventually managed to find one that I fell in love with and once it was off the rail, I ran into the dressing room and some shop assistants helped me get changed.
