On One Condition

I just stared at her. She had obviously just woken up but she looked so beautiful. The sun was still low in the sky since it was mid-October and it made her skin glow and picked out the specks of green in her eyes. I just stared at her. My mind went blank just like I thought it would. I opened my mouth but it took ages fot anything to come out. I expected Jesy to  slam the door in my face but she didn't. Eventually she broke the silence.

"What do you want Jade?" She sighed. I closed my mouth again to let it moisten since the air had dried it up before answering. 

"I just wanted to see you." 

"Well you saw me," She placed a hand over her bump, "You can leave now." 

She began to close the door over a bit but I got my foot in to stop it, suddenly getting a boost of confidence, "Let me in." 

"This is Leigh Anne's house. It's her descion who comes in or not," she sighed.

"Well then ask Leigh if I can come in."

"Fine then,"  she walked back inside. I folded my arms to keep myself warm since there was a cold breeze blowing. I could here the pair mumbling to each other but I couldn't work out what they were saying. A few moments later Jesy arrived back at the door, "You can come in but not for long."

"Thanks," I walked in and followed Jesy into the living room. I sat down on the single seat, "I more or less finished Jamie's room by the way. All that needs done is the mural."

"Okay," Jesy mumbled, sat down on the sofa. She ran her had over her bump and her face screwed up and I knew she was in pain.

"Ba-Jesy? What's wrong?" I walked over and knelt in front of her.

"Nothing," She made herself relax, "I just got a pain but it's fine," She smiled a but at me. I nodded and took my original seat while Leigh came in with food for us all. I realised I hadn't eaten since Jesy left and now that I thought about it, I was hungry. I ate up quickly and so did Jesy.

"Jesy I'm so sorry," I bit my lip, watched her nod.

"I know you are."

"So I'm forgiven?"

"No."

"Why?"

"'Cause"

"'Cause why?"

"Just 'cause!" She got up and walked, well waddled, out. I sighed and watched Leigh run up the stairs after her.

I sat there for what felt like ages but when I looked at the clock, was only five minutes. I could here Leigh Anne trying to coax trying back downstairs and eventually Jesy reappeared in the door way. I got up and took her hands. I smiled softly at her, "I know you're not interested but here me out okay? I love you. I love you so much. Cheating on you was the worse thing I have ever done and I hate myself for it. You're the only woman I want. Not Perrie. Not anyone. Not anyone but you. If I could find a way to go back to that night and stop myself from doing it? I would go in a heartbeat. I'm lost without you Jess. I could barely remember my own name earlier. You're all I want and all I need. You and the baby. So please, I'm asking you, begging you, for another chance," I wiped away a tear that was falling out her eye.

"Okay," She smiled and I grinned.

"Really?"

"Yeah. But on one condition."
