Chapter 2
Lany came home and she was complaining of terrible back pain to her mother. Her back pain was because of her work which required her to sit in the same position for eight hours a day.
The girl was working in a clothing factory. She was a sewing woman.
"What a pain I have always been poor! I work, work and never seem to get anywhere! Look at me! I'm young and am filled with pain in my body!"
"It must be because you stay seated the whole time, darling," her mother supposed.
"It is true. I get up from the machine just to go to the bathroom." She sighed. "Has daddy arrived yet from his field work?"
"Not yet."
"Where's Nelio?"
"You brother arrived and already left home. He must have gone to one of his friends," her mother said, assuming that's what her son had done.

Nelio held the cover of a CD of a Rock and Roll band. He was in the room of his friend Antony and both of them were listening to a melody from the U2 band.
"Will you participate in the 'Racha' tonight?" Nelio asked him.
"Probably ...I have already equipped my car for the race ... We have to win this race, Nelio!" Antony said with excitement.
