I spent the next month in the studio and didn't have much contact with glen apart from the odd text I was due to go to radio one's big weekend I knew the script were meant to be performing but thought the chance of bumping into them was none I wasn't performing just going to enjoy myself Carly was coming with me along with my best mate Amy and our cousin Leah we were hanging out backstage when I saw mark come in with glen he looked so good I saw a girl with blonde hair talking to glen they were laughing and joking with each other it was the girl from the Skype call "you ok" it was Carly "yeh fine" "is that his girlfriend" "looks like it" "isn't it Laura whitmore" "looks like it" danny came wondering in "fuck me look at him" Amy said "calm down Amy" "sorry just look at him" "I did for 3 months" "hmmm" she said dreamily I shook my head at her "erm Charlie there coming over" "who is" I said turning round to Carly "Charlie long time no see" it was danny "hey" I said "wow look at you" "I know I'm huge" "your not you look amazing" he said giving me a hug I noticed glen hadn't come over he was still talking to Laura "you performing" asked mark "no afraid not just here to watch" "gonna talk to glen" danny asked "he looks busy he could have come over with you" I said "you haven't spoken properly to each other for ages what's up with you both" "nothing he's busy I'm busy" "danny mark come on" a bloke shouted for them "come watch us" danny said "ok" I said we followed them glen gave me a small smile and walked away with Laura we were shown to a area where we could watch them at the side of the stage they all ran on stage and started there set they were amazing as they always were I noticed Laura was stood at the side of me "hey its Charlie isn't it" she asked "yeh" "I've heard so much about you off glen" "really that must have been terrible for you" "he adores you why have you just cut contact with him" "its easier this way I'm pregnant with my sisters baby and he's seeing you" she gave me a look but didn't say anything else I carried on watching them perform I watched glen he seemed so happy and alive on stage he genuinely loved what he did they finished performing and ran off stage we started making our way back stage I could see glen and Laura talking I saw him look at me I carried on walking we ended up at the bar I sat down while they ordered drinks I could see glen heading over "can we talk" he said I shook my head no "why what have I done to you" "just leave it" I said "no we were close we were really good mates and now you can't bear to look at me I deserve an explanation" "I should go I don't want to spoil your night you were amazing out there you should celebrate" I got up to leave I told the others to stay and enjoy themselves glen followed me out "charlie" "please go back inside glen go back to the lads and to Laura" "I don't want to I want to sort this out with you let me take you home" "no you stay I'm going I'm tired" "what did I do Charlie just tell me and I can fix it" "nothing its me ok blame my hormones" "I don't believe you" "well that's up to you just leave me alone glen its for the best" he shook his head shrugged and walked away I heard someone approach me it was danny "what was all that about" "not you as well just leave me alone" I said storming off to my car I could hear him following me "Charlie come on just talk to me what's gone on between you" "nothing and nothing is ever going to go on between us he's with Laura and I'm pregnant" "he's not with laura " "yeh right there always together laughing and joking and when I skyped him when I had my scan she was there and he reffered to me as its just Charlie like I was nothing" "look they aren't together that I know of there just mates its you who he likes why would he be asking you what was wrong if he didn't care" "just leave it danny I'm going home" "ok" he said giving me a hug I drove myself home I text Carly and let her know I was home ok she text me back "glens in a right mood him and danny had words what's gone on" "nothings gone on I'm tired I'm off to bed" I replied "ok night" she text back I fell asleep only to be woken up by a text I looked at my phone it was a message off glen I opened it up "hey been talking to danny he told me what you said me and laura aren't together we are just mates I didn't pass you off as nothing when you saw Laura on Skype you were the one who ended the chat before I could say anything else I don't know if its the stress of everything your going through but you can't seem to bare to be near me or talk so I'll stay away from you" the tears started falling I'd managed to push him away for nothing
