A few days later and we were going for the first scan seen as I wasn't sure how far along I was we were sat in the waiting room waiting for our turn "Charlie Howard" a nurse shouted we got up and followed her into the room I got onto the bed and she started to scan my tummy after a few minutes she finally spoke "I'd say you were about 9 weeks pregnant baby looks to be growing fine" she turned the screen to us glen gave my hand a squeeze I couldn't believe we were having a baby "she's so tiny glen" "you think it's a girl" he said "I feel different than I did with Jacob" "it's far too early for me to tell yet" the nurse told us she printed off some scan photos and cleaned me up we called round to his parents house they were over the moon at another grandchild after spending an hour or so with them we called in at my parents they were shocked but happy for us we finally called in at the studio "how'd you get on" mark asked the minute he saw us "great baby's growing as she should" "she your not that far along are you" "no I just feel different than I did with Jacob" "you got a scan" "yeh" glen said showing it to them "it's just a blob" Danny said "oi that's my baby" I told him glen made me sit down and made us all some tea I was yawning "I'm gonna take you home after this so you can rest then I'm gonna come back here for abit" "I'm fine" I told him "no arguments" "ok" I told him we were soon on our way home I must have fallen asleep in the car because glen was waking me up and we were at home "come on sleepy head" he led me upstairs and helped me into bed "stay with me for abit" I asked him he climbed on the bed with me stroking my hair "I can't wait for our baby to be here" I told him "me neither" he said kissing my head I grabbed his t-shirt pulling him down for a kiss he deepened the kiss I started trying to get his top off "your meant to be going to sleep" "please glen I've missed you" he kissed me again before removing my top 20 minutes later and he was getting dressed to go to the studio again "I'll ring you before I leave and I'll order some food save you cooking" he said "I can make something I don't mind" "I do you look tired you need to rest properly" "ok boss" "don't talk like that or I won't go back to the studio" "ok boss" "Charlie" "glen" "your full of it today" "I know what I'd like to be full of" his eyes grew wide "I'm going" he said kissing me goodbye I laid back down in bed smiling to myself at making him squirm hopefully that will be on his mind for the rest of the day
