Last night you guys gave me tons of fresh ideas, and I'm loving them all and I'm gonna try my best to use them! Leave me your messages, cause they make me happy!

"Here you go," Hannah handed Grace a glass of wine, and plopped down next to her on the couch.
Outside, the rain was clattering against the windows and Hannah had no doubt it was going to storm tonight.
"Thanks," Grace mumbled, taking a sip and putting her glass down on the coffee table.
"Any good collabs planned for this week?" Hannah asked. As much as she loved taking care of Alex, she kinda missed YouTube.
"Yeah, I'm gonna do a vid with Mamrie, and I've booked..." Grace was interrupting by the loud roar of thunder.
"Whoa," Hannah said startled, "that sounds close. I'm gonna go check on Alex."
As if she'd heard her, the little girl sprinted into the room.
"Hey, nugget, you should be asleep," Grace said, lifting Alex on her lap.
The child whimpered, pressing her face in Grace's neck.
"It's okay sweetie," Hannah cooed, shuffling closer to Grace and her kid, "It's just thunder."
Another loud crash of thunder sounded through the house, and Alex started crying.
"Oh baby, it's fine," Grace soothed.
"I have an idea, why don't we go hide in my bed, huh?" Hannah suggested, "I will stay with you tonight."
Alex sniffled loudly, "And Gracie?"
"Uh, yeah..." Grace nodded, "I'll stay too sweetie."
****
They got ready for bed, and Alex snuggled into Hannah's side yawning. The rain was still falling hard outside, but it seemed like the worst of the thunder had past.
The kid reached behind her and pulled on Grace's shirt.
"Use your words sweetie," Hannah reminded her gently.
Alex huffed, "You're too far Gracie."
"Oh..." Grace awkwardly shuffled a bit closer, gently laying her hand on Alex's back.
The little girl kept moving and squirming until she lay with her head on Hannah's shoulder and her back to Grace's front. She tugged Grace's arm over herself, making her hand rest on Hannah's stomach.
"You are such a little cuddlebug!" Hannah giggled, gently tickling the girl's side.
Alex sighed happily, letting her eyes fall close.
It didn't take long for the child to fall asleep.
"I think she's out," Hannah whispered, "You can move now."
Grace shook her head, "I don't want to move."
****
Hannah woke up when tiny fingers pried her eyes open.
"Are you up?" Alex 'whispered'.
"I'm up, I'm up..." She turned to look at the clock, 6.02 AM. Hannah groaned.
Grace was still fast asleep next to her. Lucky bastard.
"Come on, we don't want to wake Gracie," Hannah picked the girl up and left the bedroom.
"You go watch some cartoons, I'll make breakfast." She mumbled. And coffee!
Grumbling and sleepy, Hannah set out to make some pancakes, and to cut up some fruit.
****
Grace woke up alone in a strange room. It took her a moment to remember that she'd stayed over with Hannah and Alex, because of the thunderstorm.
The smell of coffee hit her when she left the bedroom, and her feet brought her to the kitchen on autopilot.
"G'morning." She croaked.
"Goodmorning!" Alex mumbled through a mouth full of pancake.
"Hey, don't speak with your mouth full," Hannah chided, "Morning Grace, there's coffee on the counter."
"You're a saint." Grace smiled, happily pouring herself a cup.
"Sit down Smells, I made enough to feed an army."
Alex gasped, "Bad Hannie!"
"What? What did I do?"
"Bad word!" Alex scolded, wagging her finger at Hannah.
Grace giggled, "You called me Smells."
"Oh!" Hannah understood, "It was just a joke Alex."
"Say sorry." The little girl was adamant.
Hannah laughed, "Okay, okay! I'm sorry Gracie."
"It's okay Hannie." Grace smiled.
"Kissie!" Alex commanded, "I have to give a kissie when I say sorry."
"That's true," Hannah nodded, "Come here Grace."
Hannah wanted to press a soft kiss on Grace's cheek, but Grace turned her head, and Hannah accidentally kissed the corner of her mouth.
Grace and Hannah both blushed, and Alex looked just very pleased with herself, chomping down on her pancakes.
