"We've got a problem." Wells announced walking over to where Thea and Clarke were standing.
"Houston, we have a problem," Thea muttered sarcastically.
Wells shot her a look, telling her to shut up. She rolled her eyes but didn't say another word.
"The communications system is dead," Wells continued. "I went to the roof. A dozen panels are missing. Heat fried the wires."
"Well all that matters right now is getting to Mount Weather." Clarke spoke up. "See? Look, this is us. This is where we need to get to if we want to survive," Clarke pointed to a map she had drawn.
"Where'd you learn to do that?" Wells asked.
Clarke glanced at him momentarily before looking back down and the boy's face fell.
"Your father..." he trailed off.
"Oh cool, a map." Jasper walked up behind the group interrupting the awkward moment.
Thea felt a hand on her shoulder as Jasper continued to speak.
"They got a bar in this town? I'll buy you a beer."
Thea laughed lightly and brushed Jasper's hand off her shoulder.
"Hey, as long as there's alcohol sign me up," she smirked.
Jasper laughed, placing his hand over his heart with a dreamy look on his face.
"A girl after my own heart," he sighed and Thea lightly punched his shoulder, laughing at the strange boy.
Wells put his hand on Jasper's chest and pushed him back, obviously pissed off about being interrupted. "Do you mind?"
Jasper took several surprised steps back. "Whoa."
"Hey, hey, hey, hands off him. He's with us."
Thea felt another presence directly behind her and she scowled, annoyed at these people and their foolishness that was preventing them from starting their journey to the supplies.
The boy who had spoken put his hand on Jasper's shoulder and leaned in between him and Thea.
"Hey, beautiful." he spoke, leaning closer the Thea's ear and resting a hand on her arm. She shivered, feeling his breath on her neck, and sidestepped, glaring at him.
"Hands to yourself, buddy," she shot at him.
He removed his hand and took a step back but continued to smirk at her. Wells spoke up again and Thea was thankful for the distraction.
"Relax. We're just trying to figure out where we are."
"We're on the ground. That not good enough for you?"
Thea groaned at the sound of his voice. The one she was already beginning to hate. Bellamy. All he did was stir up trouble. Why couldn't he just mind his own business?
"We need to find Mount Weather. You heard my father's message. That has to be our first priority."
"Screw your father. What, you think you're in charge here? You and your little Princess?" This time it was Octavia who spoke, sneering at the group.
"Hey, why don't you just back off, he's only trying to help." Thea stepped forward.
She'd had just about enough of all this arguing and she had no problem with telling them so.
"Hey, stay away from her." Bellamy stepped in front of the girl in question, crossing his arms as he did so.
"He's just trying to help, huh?" Bellamy looked down at the girl standing up to him. "Just like his father was trying to help by floating half of our families? If that's your definition of help maybe you should go join him and his little Princess on their crazy mission to find this mountain."
