As the footsteps got closer I looked at Randall and he nods.

We got out from our spots and threw the smoke grenades. I see him, I see the governor. Well, the back side of him because he turned around. But as the smoke cleared and he turned around, I saw his face. The face that I was too familiar with. The face I thought I would never see again...

I froze.

"Daddy! Da-daddy stop!" I yell as laugher fills the house.
"I missed my Hailey boo while I was at work." Daddy says as he continues to tickle me.
"Daddy I have to pee!" I squeal. He finally stops and I quickly run to the bathroom. When I'm done I run into the kitchen and see mommy and daddy hugging. A smile grows on my face as I run to them. My face stops at my daddy's knee. He looks down and smiles at me. Daddy picks me up and we all three hug. I hold onto his neck as he pulls away.
"Daddy, promise it will always be like this." I smile. He smiles and kisses my cheek.
"Always and forever, Hailey boo. Always and forever."

When I snapped out of it the only thing I could focus on was him...

"Always and forever..." I whispered with tears in my eyes.

He then ran off with the rest of his people.

I'm still in shock. I'm surprised I even said anything. Tears are ready to escape my eyes.

Randall steps infront of me with a smile. My lips start to tremble as I start to realize what just happened was...real. Randall's smile fades and he places his hands on my shoulders, making me look directly into his eyes.

"Hailey? A-are you okay? What's wrong?"

"M-my dad...the governor, is my dad."

Hailey's P.o.v.

Randalls face was pale and he looked at me trying to comprehend what I had just said.

"W-What?" He asks looking into my eyes. I swallow hard and just shake my head. I look down at my feet and continue to shake my head.

They are going to kick me out once they find out...
What am I going to tell James?

James.

I push Randall's arms off and run down the tombs and back into our cell block. I run outside and I caught a glimpse of my dads...the governors truck leaving the prison.

"We did it!" Maggie yells coming walking to the court yard, towards me.
I can already feel the tears coming, and here they are.

"Hailey are you okay? Did one of them hurt you?" She asks worried.
"More than you would understand." I cry. She looks confused, but she pulls me into a hug anyway. I cried hard into her shoulder.

"Hailey! There you are!" I hear Randall. I watch as he runs up behind Maggie.

"Did one of them hurt her?" She asks him. He looks at me and I shake my head, basically telling him not to tell her. This is something I need to tell them.
