~ Ch. 55 ~

                    Hera's POV

   "Zeb stop pacing! I'm sure they're alright." I said, trying to stop Zeb from pacing. He started pacing ten minutes ago. "Hera, they've been in there for two hours now! How do we know there not dead?!" Zeb said. I could see the concern writing all over his face. "We just have to believe and have faith that they are fine." I said. Zeb sighed and sat down. I turned back to Sabine and Bobba.

    "Any luck with the translating?" I asked them. "Nope. Acarna was right, their is no information about 'Nevian', it's as if it was erased." Bobba said, after messing with his wrist Datapad. Sabine was still messing around on hers. "Bobba's right. Our only hope at translating the rest of this is Acarna." Sabine said, sighing. We took another look around the Temple. "This place is creepy." Sabine said.

    "Can't argue with you there." I said. "I hope they get out of there before the sun starts setting." Zeb said. We arrived here when the sun was just coming up and now it must be around noon. I noticed Zeb was staring at the door that Acarna went through.

    "Are you sure only Force Sensitives can go through?" Zeb asked. "Yes Zeb, we're sure." Sabine said, still typing away on her datapad, not looking up. "Yeah and last checked, you aren't a Jedi or Sith." I said, chuckling lightly. Zeb didn't say anything as he just kept looking at the door that Acarna went through. This reminded me of something. "Hey, Sabine......come check this out." Bobba said to her and they went somewhere.

    "So, how come you and Acarna aren't dating? You both have those other Half tattoos. I figured you'd both be together when you got them. Sense that's what happened with Kanan and Ezra when they started dating." I asked Zeb, he only sighed as he looked at me.

    "We have these tattoos because we made a deep, emotional connection. It doesn't mean that we are dating. Don't get me wrong, I really like Acarna but........she's cautious, always looking over her shoulder, always having her guard up at all times, even around Ezra she has it up. I think she's scared to let people in. I've tried to talk to her but she keeps blowing me off saying, "I have to train." and she trains all day. When I walk by the training room, I glance in when she's there and I see her crying while she's doing acrobatics. I want to comfort her but, I feel as if she'll just shut me out completely if I do so. It's as if everyday she is fighting herself to stay away from all of us. Yes, she is the Princess and was raised with the ideals of a Sith but, she is changing.........I just don't think she knows how to cope with everything. Which only makes me want to comfort her more." Zeb explained. I rested my hand on his shoulder.

    "Give her some time. She's just lost and confused. She's now been shown a whole different life that she was raised as to be a horrible ideal. But, this only proves that you can be the one to show her the way." I said to him, encouragingly. "Thanks Hera. You always know what to say." Zeb said as we smiled.

    "Hey guys......ya gotta come check this out." Bobba said, getting our attention. We walked over to him and he led us to a smaller room that Sabine was in on her datapad. The first thing that I noticed was very old fashioned lightsabers, hanging all over the walls.

    "I've been searching the databanks and it says that these were used during the time of the Old Republic by both the Jedi and the Sith that were around back then." Sabine said, still typing away. "Huh, how are we able to get in here? You'd think that only Force Sensitives would be able to enter any room in here." I stated, confused. "It could be that the 'charms' or 'protection spells' have really worn off and have completely disappeared from this area of the Temple." Zeb stated. "Oh! I found something!" Sabine said, getting our attention and we looked at what she projected.

    "It took me some time, and a lot of digging but, I found this through searching the databanks and the darkside of the Holonet." Sabine said, typing something in and the screen became clearer and less blurry.

    "This contains a list of all known Jedi/Padawans that were killed or are still alive after the Jedi Purge. Also there is a list of all known Sith/Apprentices. Under the Sith there is a list of their skills, and a 'Hit-List' of the people that they were assigned to kill." Sabine said, scrolling through the names. "Wait, go back up just a little. I thought I saw Acarna." I said and Sabine scrolled back up. Sure enough, it was Acarna and Sabine clicked on her profile. "Guys, are we sure we should read this?" Zeb asked. "Well, they say the best way to know a person is to read their profile." Bobba stated matter-of-factly. "They don't say that anymore." Sabine said, rolling her eyes and began to read.

    "Acarna Tano: Mother: Ahsoka Tano (Empress) Father: Unkown (presumably deceased) Brother: Ezra Tano (taken at Birth. Currently MIA). Ranked top Sith of her generation. Mediclorian count: Off the charts, the number has not been known due to her power strengthening everyday. Most known for bringing criminals of the Galaxy to justice. Famous Hits: Mon Mothma, Jayla Vendul, Cham Syndulla........" Sabine stopped reading after that as a look of shock was evident. "Hera...." I held up my hand as Sabine looked at me. "I knew he was killed. I put it behind me years ago." I stated. "Yes, but still! To think that Acarna-" "The past is past. I will not hold her accountable. She was following orders." I said, interrupting Sabine. She turned off her datapad after that.

    "Let's grab a few of these to take back with us. They might be useful to Kanan and the others." I said, picking up two of these cross-sabers and walked out of the room.

    It was another hour and they still haven't come back yet. I was now starting to get worried. "You don't think that one of them failed it, do you?" Sabine asked, concerned. "No, I don't think any of them failed. Truthfully, we have no idea how long these 'Force Trails' are. We just have to have faith." I said. Sabine nodded and we all turned our attention to something else, trying to pass the time.

[ So, a nice little bonding moment with Zeb and Hera. If you ask me, Zeb seriously needed the help XD

    So, has this new revelation about Acarna caused some strain between the others?? What is Acarna going to do when she finds out they found the 'forbidden' section of the Holonet?! Will accessing this info bring some trouble for the crew?!
