~ Ch. 61 ~

               Ahsoka's POV

    I suddenly felt a strong surge of power and from this Force Signature, I knew it was Acarna's. I could also feel a new surge of dark power. Something must've happened to Ezra.....I only faintly know his signature, due to the fact that I appeared to him when he was on Lothal. And with Acarna using this much power, something must have happened to Ezra! If he's hurt I'm going to skin the person who hurt him alive! My thoughts were soon interrupted by Diwos, Kasto, and Midux as they walked into the living area of my bedroom.

    "What's wrong Ahsoka? You have that look on your face." Diwos asked me. "I just felt Acarna's signature.......she's used so much power and energy that she is unconscious. Something must've happened to Ezra and I swear whoever did whatever to him is gonna wish they were dead!" I seethed. "How can you tell she's unconscious?" Midux asked. "I'm her Mother, I just know." I explained. "Anyway, what's the news from the Rens?" I asked them.

    "Midnight Ren reported into Kylo an hour ago and he couldn't get Acarna or Ezra." Kasto said. "They never should've sent Midnight. There's bad blood between Midnight and Acarna. Why didn't they send the other one?" I asked. " Midnight went against the plan and thought he could force the both of them to come but, it backfired on him." Kasto said. I sighed. "Ahsoka.......can I suggest something?" Diwos asked. "Yeah, what is it?" I asked her.

    "What if we use her Padawan Barris as a decoy or something?" Diwos said. "Before Acarna left, they did develop a strong bond.......and nothing is stronger than a bond between a Master and Apprentice." Kasto said. I thought for a minute then nodded. "Alright, but, I don't want her Padawan to get injured. Who knows how Acarna will react to that...." I said trailing off. "She won't be injured. In fact, this plan was the Padawans." Diwos explained. "Seems the Padawan misses the Master more than she realizes." Midux said. "Alright, what is this plan?" I asked them. "Simple! I contact our Spy inside the Rebels and find out the next time, and where, Acarna leaves and we send Barris there, slight injuries. It has to be realistic." Diwos explained. "And then?" I asked. "Bariss will do the rest." Midux said. "And what should happen if Acarna takes her back with them?" I asked them. "Bariss will send us their location. We've thought of every loophole before telling you this. Nothing will go wrong Ahsoka." Kasto said. "All right, I approve this mission." I said. After we talked a little more, we all went to strategize our next attack.

    "You idiot!" I yelled, hitting Midnight in the jaw. "How could you let them get away?!" I yelled at him, punching him again. "She had friends with her! There was no way that I could've gotten her alone!" Midnight said, trying to defend himself. "Brother, that's enough." Kylo said. I reluctantly stopped kicking Midnight's ass and faced my brother.

    "What do you suppose we do now?" I asked Kylo. "We send you in. She won't be able to resist you. You have chemistry together, good chemistry. Once she listens to you, she'll lead us to her brother." Kylo said. "Thus, getting both the Prince and the Princess, and returning them home. Giving us good graces with the Empress and we shall be honored beyond our wildest dreams!" I looked over to see that Zancrow has joined us. He's always been a tad on the crazy side. I turned back to Kylo.

    "And should I fail? What happens then?" I asked. "Simple. Do not fail." Kylo said. With that said, I left the room and prepared my ship. Don't worry Acarna.......I'm on my way my love.

[ It's a tad on the short side cause I didn't want to make this one long and I decided it was time to see what was going on the other side of the War.
