My eyes desperately searched the swirling waters, mistaking every stick, furniture and leaves for what could be my brothers head. "TAO........Tao!" I screamed into the howling wind, next to me Mele was silent, it frightens me that she is so calm. 'Forget about it' My brain tells me, as I force myself to continue shouting, but then I heard an answer. "Selei......SELEI! listen to me, go with that man, he will take you home". I looked down to see a man climbing towards us, what makes Tao think we could trust him. "Tao!" I hear Mele scream her face suddenly filled with rage, "Tao, are you stupid, what home?!" she carried on screaming at the wind. Looking around at my home and surroundings, I thought to myself, go on do it, what have you got to lose. A little voice in my head screamed 'everything ' but I ignored it, after all Tao was already gone so what do you have to lose, when you have nothing.
"Mele, listen...Taos right go with that man, he will take care of you." And that's when I did the craziest thing I probably would ever do,
I jumped.

Sorry it took so long but I have been extremely busy with lots of stuff on! the next chapters are going to be a while because I've got a lot coming up!
Also I'm sorry the chapters are so short but thats how I've chosen to do them, only they look different in word:)
