Extra chapter

Hey everyone!

I'm back!

I just wanted to add something else because I was like, I miss my risen folk.

So hope you all enjoy it.

This is just an extra chapter, set at 2 years later!

Hope you all like it.

2 years later

Selei

I sit with the sun pouring down onto my face, and I feel it fill me up with warmness.

"BOO!" Shouts two voices right next to my ear.

And I jump a little.

"Cale! Mele!" I say crossly.

They laugh and I catch Cales eye.

He smiles shyly and then sits down next to me.

"Hi" He whispers, nudging me.

I giggle and whisper back, "Hola"

"Hey Selei, can I go play with noni?"

Asks Mele.

And I bite my lip in anxiousness.

"Yes Mel, that's fine" Cale answers for me.

And she runs off with a grin.

But I turn to Cale with a frown set on my face.

"We don't even KNOW any Noni's!" I said.

But he just grins at me in a way that makes butterflies appear in my stomach.

"Who cares!" He calls.

"We can have at least an hour to ourselves" He says.

I just laugh and lie down on the warming sand letting the sun soak into me.

"Hey Selei?" I hear Cale whisper.

"Yes"

"I still remember when I first met you"

I open my eyes and stare at him, with one eyebrow raised.

"And this is relevant because....?"

He shrugs his shoulders and looks into my eyes.

"I don't know, I just thought you were cool back then"

"And what about now?" I ask.

He shakes his head slightly, "I totally misjudged you"

"Hey!"I say punching his shoulder slightly.

He laughs and grabs my fist, slowly turning out my fingers.

"I don't care whether your a shapeshifter Selei, I like you, I dont care whether I'm a mestonaan that is supposed to kill you, I don't care whether you killed my uncle, and I don't care that we live in a little shack with only your sister as company, I don't care that-"

I cut him off placing my finger to his lips.

I smiled at him and he blushed a little.

"I like you too" I say, slightly reddening and his eyes light up.

"Really cause I thought you had a thing for the boy that lives two doors down! You know, the one that has the millions of brothers that have asked you out!"

I laugh and roll my eyes, "There's only 4 of them"

He blushes again and sits with his arms around his legs.

"I just wanted you to know that............ someone in this world loves you"

I feel the butterflies return.

"Thanks... for everything" I say not trusting the blush that has swept up not my face.

I turn my head slightly to look at him and see him staring at me intensely.

"What?" I ask.

He blushes again and looks away.

I take this moment to quickly turn myself in to a butterfly and land on his arm.

He looks down in surprise.

But I've already changed into a fairy, with bright rainbow wings and a golden shimmery dress.

Flying, I land kneeling just in front of him, transforming back into my human form.

My white beach dress, shimmering in the slowly setting sun.

I hear his breath catch as I lean forward and take his chin in my hands.

I hesitate slightly but feel a warmth run through me.

I love this boy, no matter who he is.

He is the reason I chose to stay on earth and not return to heaven.

I truly love him.

So I lean closer and closer, glancing quickly into his beautiful blue eyes.

Hearing his heart speed up along with mine.

Cale

She is the most beautiful creature I have ever seen, kneeling In front of me.

Her long lashes blinking gently, while her hair blows softly in the breeze.

As she leans forward I realise what she is about to do.

I smile a little and look into her eye's.

Finally out lips meet. It's almost as if a fire inside erupt and I feel my love for her pour out for the world to see.

Her lips move slowly in sync with mine and as we break apart, I gently kiss her forehead.

"I love you" I whisper.

And she smiles gently.

"I love you" She says.

And I gently press my lips back to hers.

She then pulls away but hugs me close.

And my mind wanders back to when she conviced me not to kill her or her sister in the woods.

Even then I knew I liked her. And her sister was another story.

"Lets go home" I say to her.

She smiles up at me and as we stand up I take her hand.

"Will you be my girl friend?" I ask.

"No way!" She replys but I see her smile.

And we are suddenly back to normal.

I nudge her slightly and she nudges me back.

"Alright Cale, just this once" She replys and I pick her up and spin her around, making her laugh.

Kissing her nose before putting her down.

She blushes but takes me hand again.

"Alright Mr boyfriend, where's Mele gone" She asks.

I shrug my shoulders but smile. "How should I know my ever Gorgeous girlfriend"

She rolls her eyes and walk off ahead calling Meles name.

I smile after her, watching her long hair swing back and forth, making my heart warm.

I shake my head.

She has no clue about the affect she has on me.

Hehe I love romance books.
