"Gonna get turned up tn with my girliess @SayYoGrace @Angelangela @itzivyhere @Freckledfreakim and @Littlelexii" I tweeted.

"We look GORGEOUS!" Angela squealed.

"Yeah! If I were a boy, I would totally be checking us all out," Alexa giggled.

We were all at my house getting ready to go to Justin's party tonight. I wore a satin burgundy body con dress with a slit up the side and spaghetti straps. The V neckline gave ample cleavage, and my gold rhinestone ankle-strapped heels accented the dress well. My hair was loosely curled and mostly parted to one side. We did each other's make-up and were now walking down the stairs to my car.

"Where are you guys going?" Meredith questioned with wide eyes.

"Just-"

"Just a party our friend is having," I said quickly, cutting Ivy off. If Mary found out that the party was Justin Bieber's, she'd freak and beg to come along.

"Just a party, huh? You guys look like the queen invited you to dinner," She laughed.

"I'll take that as a compliment," I giggled, approaching the front door. "Mom! Dad! I'm going out!" I called, reaching for the doorknob.

Just then I heard rapid footsteps come our way.

"Where do you think you're going?" My mom glared at me, my dad behind her.

"T-to a p-party," I stuttered.

"You were irresponsible with your sister at the concert and you think you can just go off to some party?" My dad scolded.

"It was a mistake; I'm aware of that. But that was a while ago and I'm more responsible now. It's just a simple party," I pleaded.

"Whose party? Where is it?" My mom rose an eyebrow.

"It's-"

"At a really cool hotel. Don't worry, it's a really good friend of ours. We are sticking together so we won't get hurt. If you don't trust Katie, you can trust us," Kim cut me off.

My parents' gazes went from mine, to my friends, to each others. Then they looked back at us.

"Fine. But be home by 1 A.M. Or you're grounded," my mom warned.

"And have each of your phones with you the entire time," my father added.

"Thankyouthankyouthankyou!" I exclaimed, pulling them both into a tight hug.

"You're... welcome..." They managed to say.

"You won't be sorry," I assured, letting go of them. "Let's go guys. Bye Meredith," I waved my family goodbye as I walked out the door. My friends murmured their goodbyes as they followed me to my car.

"That was a close one. Thank you so much, Kim," I gave her a grateful smile as I sat in the driver's seat and buckled up.

"No problem. I know how awkward things are with you and Justin, but this party should change that. You'll be making out with him in no time," She winked at me.

"Again..." Alexa muttered. Everyone burst out laughing as I blushed.

"Turn the radio on!" Grace cheered as I drove down the road. Murmurs of agreement came from the my friends. Kim was sitting in the passenger seat next to me. Alexa was sitting with Angela in the middle row, and Grace and Ivy were in the back.

I turned the radio on and "Really Don't Care" by Demi Lovato was on.

"Ooh! I love this song," Kim squealed.
