"AS LONG AS YOU LO LO LO LO LO LO LO-" Meredith began.
"SHUT UP!" I yelled, chucking my pillow at her.
"Sorry. I'm just so excited about the concert tonight. EEEEEEEEE!" She continued to squeal.
"One more word and I will cut off your freaking ponytail," I glared at her. I was sleeping before I woke up to my sister dancing and singing around in my room. I looked over at my clock.
"Why did you wake me up at 8 AM? It's Saturday!"
"I wanted to make sure you were fully awake for when you drive me to the arena."
"4:00. I'm supposed to drive you at FOUR O'CLOCK!" I got up off my bed and I stood over her, glowering.
"You oversleep sometimes," she looked like she was about to cry.
I mentally slapped myself. This girl is so sensitive.
"Oh M, I'm so sorry I yelled at you," I bent down to hug her. "You should know how grouchy I am in the morning."
She hugged me back. "No I'm sorry. Well, you can still get some more rest if you want," she broke the hug and started walking down the stairs before she called back to me. "It's not like I made us scrambled eggs or something."
Well I'm wide awake now. I should probably freshen up a bit first.

After I showered, I looked through my closet for my outfit of the day. This is so much easier when I'm choosing with Alexa.
I finally settled with a pair of simple blue jeans, a nicely fitted long sleeve white shirt, a studded cropped denim vest, a couple of long golden necklaces, and a white beanie. I put my hair into a messy side braid and did my makeup. Simple, but who am I trying to impress?
I hurried down the stairs to the wonderful smell of eggs. I loved Meredith's cooking.
"Cute outfit," she commented when she saw me grab a plate from the kitchen cabinet. I nodded.
"I think it would look better with a scarf though," she said with her face shoved in eggs.
"I couldn't care less. And easy on the eggs. You don't want to ruin your new shirt," I winked at her, scooping eggs into my plate.
She was wearing the purple shirt we designed last night with black leggings and purple converse. I hated how she wore shoes in the house.
I took a seat next to her in the dining room and began to eat.
"By the way, mom and dad wanted me to tell you that they went to visit grandma."
"In Montauk?" I almost choked on my egg. "That's all the way on the other side of the freaking island!"
Mary nodded. "You should've seen mom. She would have punched the wall if dad didn't agree to go with her this weekend."
I shook my head, silently chuckling. Classic mom.

"Come on! We're gonna be late!" Mary was whining at the door of my bedroom.
"It's 3:30. May I repeat, we leave at 4," I said impatiently.
She mumbled to herself incoherantly as she walked back to her bedroom.
"Get your things ready though!" I called after her.
