Chapter 4

In the morning we all sat together and had something to eat.

"So what's the plan?" Asked Reece.

"We are going to build a town here. Hopefully it gets populated soon and it becomes a city but first we need a wall to protect us and the cattle and a building to stay in." I explained to him.

"So how are we going to do all that with only 3 people?" Asked Reece.
I smiled.
"You said that you can control earth. Well we need a wall, would you be able to build us a stone wall?" I asked the boy.

He looked like he was thinking.

"Well I don't have much mana, and it takes around a minute for my mana to fully recover. It might take a few days but I think I'll be able to build a good wall" said Reece before we walked to the edge to the clearing.

He closed his eyes and looked like he was concentrating really hard.

After a few seconds a slab of pure rock erupted from the ground. It was about the length of a door and its width was around 30 centimeters.

Reece fell to the floor in exhaustion. "In a minutes time I'll be able to do another bit. But the good thing is that the more I use mana the more mana I get. So hopefully by the time I finish the wall, my mana should be really high."
He said happily.

It's a win, win situation. We get a free builder, and he gets more practice using mana.

We left Reece to building and Harry and I went back to the fire.

"I don't know if we should trust this guy" said Harry.

"Why not? He is helping us build our town and he seems really nice!"
I said defending Reece.

"Well if he does anything.. I'll kill him myself" Harry said as we looked at the wall slowly being built.

We both sat down and I opened my stats to spend my skill points.

"What level are you on?" I asked Harry.

"Level 8, we need to hunt some stronger monsters" he replied.

"Yeah, how about we go explore the jungle a little bit while Reece builds the wall?" I suggested.

Harry nodded." Yeah, hopefully we can get some good loot, or better armor"

We both equipped our weapons and armor and I got my bull to follow us and we all started walking to Reece.

The wall was now about 30 times longer when we reached Reece.
"Good job man! Don't forget to build a opening. I said to him while he rested.

"Thanks! My mana has gone up a few times and I don't get as tired after building a bit of the wall."
Reece said proudly.

"We're going exploring, so you keep up the good work here. You don't need to build a wall around the entire field, just as big as you want, we can always make it bigger later on." I told him before we headed into the thick jungle.

-------10 minutes later ---------

"Your going to suffer for what you did to my brother!!" Screamed a goblin larger than the ones we fought earlier.
Except this one is all alone and had nice looking leather armor and a belt with multiple knife holders.

"I dibs the belt" I said to Harry with a smile.

I flung a knife at the goblin but it blocked it with its own knife.
Then Harry tried to stab it with his spear but the goblin side stepped the attack and managed to rip the spear out of his hands.

I threw another knife and this time it lodged itself in the goblins shoulder.
"Ahh! You peace of sh#t!" Screamed the goblin in pain.

It dropped Harry's spear and lunged at me with its knife.
I jumped back dodging the attack.

I then commanded my bull to attack the goblin and the bull rushed past us again.

Fear filled the goblins body and once again my bull trampled a goblin to death.

I bent down and opened the goblins inventory.
-steel knife x5
-Wooden shield.
-1 gold coin.
- good leather armor
- 5 knife belt.
- food
- crafting materials

I took everything and handed the good armor to Harry. He handed me the bad armor and I decided to keep it to sell it later on.

---------2 hours later----------

We ran into 3 more groups of goblins, a elf man who attacked us and a pack of brown wolves.
Harry managed to tame a wolf but we easily killed the rest.
We both went up a few levels and got a fair bit of loot.

"Can we go back now?
I want to see if Reece has finished the wall yet?"
Asked Harry who looked tired.

It had been 30 minutes since we last ran into any creatures so I was also getting tired.

"Yeah let's head back."
I said as we turned around and started walking back to our makeshift camp.
