Chapter 7

By 12 the next day Reece had built the shop, Tailors and inn.

Two guys started working at the shop and they brought all the armor and weapons from the goblin raid off us.
An old lady started working at the tailors and we sold our leather to her, 2 guys and the pretty girl from last night also started working at the inn.

"So what are we going to do about food and water?" I asked my friends.

"I'm sure I can build a well, and also we could hire someone to start farming the remaining field, but we will need to extend the town soon, if any more people want to move in, then we won't have enough room."
Said Reece.

"Plus I think we need to make the town more secure, the goblin raid actually broke through the gate, so we need something." Added Harry.

I thought about what they all said. "I like the idea about the well! And also about getting a farm set up. And also could you make the walls thicker? And maybe a few watch towers for security?
I know it's a lot! But I have an idea to get someone to help you build, so I'm going to go travel to beginners town.
I'll bring some money, and if they have any good armor, I'll buy us all a set." I finished.

"Do you want me to come with you?" Asked Harry?

"Na it's all good, you guys stay here and protect the place. I'll only be a day or two with a horse."

I said before saying goodbye and getting a few hundred gold coins from our secret hiding spot.

I then make my way down to the Tailors to see the old lady working there.

"Back so soon!
Your lucky I'm quick" said the old lady I met yesterday.

"So have you made them?" I asked her.

"Yeah! Here's your belt, I added another 10 slots so you can now hold 15 throwing knives but I don't know where you will get those knives from. And here is the saddle. It's not all fancy but it will do the trick." Finished the old lady.

I grabbed 10 gold coins and handed them to her, and took my things.

I placed the belt back on and filled up 10 pockets with throwing knives.
I then walked down to the horse stable, and picked the strongest looking horse.

"Hey beautiful, I'm just going to place this nice saddle on." I said to the horse as I slipped on the saddle and tied some rope correctly on the horses head.

I ride past Harry on my way out.
"Be careful!, the goblins might attack again" I warned before I raced out the front gate guarded by my bull and Harry's wolf.

--------20 minutes later --------

The way back to beginners town was way easier than when we left by foot.

10 minutes into the ride I saw a group of 5 horses and I stopped and managed to tame 3 before I scared the other two away.
So controlling them with my mind we made our way to a now thriving town.

There wasn't a stone building at all, every house was built from wood, and I'm a little worried that a fire might destroy the entire town, killing hundreds.

The town itself was much larger than mine, but that's because people spawn in the town so they must get good business.

I was riding down the Main Street when I saw a man in steel armor?
"Excuse me.. If you don't mind me asking, where did you get that armor?" I asked the man as we walked by.

"Oh from the blacksmith, but it's very expensive, 30 gold coins!" Said the man before he continued walking.

So I continued riding down the Main Street until I reached the place that obviously was the blacksmiths.

"Hello what can I do for you?" Asked the blacksmith, he is fairly tall and skinny, and he is wearing an apron.

"I would like to get 3 sets of steel armor" I told the blacksmith.
His face fell.
"I'm so sorry but I just ran out of steel! I can make iron armor if you wish?"
He replied.

Darn! "Um I have some metal ingots, are these any good?"
I asked as I pulled out all of the metal I have collected from dead creatures.

"Oh my... You have plenty of steel, but I like the look of that ingot there" he said as he pointed to a greenish metal bar.

"Unfortunately you don't have enough of it to make armor, but I'm sure I can make a weapon or two out of it?" He asked.

"Can I get 15 throwing knives made from it?" I asked.

The man picked up the ingot.
"Yeah... Yeah I believe so..
Would you like me to make 3 sets of steel armor with the steel you have? I won't charge you nearly as much because you supplied the materials. Also do you have any high grade crafting materials? Because I just looked online how to enchant weapons and armor, so illd like to try it out.?"
He asked.

I opened my inventory and pulled out all of the better looking crafting ingredients.
The blacksmith sorted through them, keeping a few gems and other random things.
"If you return in let's say 3 hours, all of your equipment should be finished." Said the man before I left, leaving my ingots and crafting ingredients with him.

What to do now?
I saw a shop and decided to see what they have.

"Welcome, welcome please have a look at the finest loot discovered so far.
I know Worlds Best has only been operational for a week, but you will be amazed at the quality of rare loot I have for sale!" Yelled the shop keeper.

I looked around for a while, buying some rope and some more heating potions.
And also a ring that gives me +1 agility for every 1 speed stat.

I left the store soon after and asked someone exactly where people get spawned.

"The town square" replied the lady I asked.

I then make my way there to try and convince someone to become a earth elemental Mage.
