I stared at him, with suspicious yet startled eyes. My eyes then narrowed.
“What did I tell you about joking about that?“
“I'm not joking.“ Kevin's dark blue eyes had a sparkle. “I. Love. You.“
My eyes softened. “Stop...“
“I promise I'm not lying.“ He said sternly. “You're the most important person to me on this earth.“
My mouth just slowly opened, as if I was about to say something, and then I snapped it shut and looked away.
“Olivia, leave us.“
She was speechless as she stood and walked into the forest.
“When did this happen?“
“I don't even know.“ He muttered. “Is it even possible to know when love first appears?“

“I know you can't.“ He said. Did he read my mind? “I read the relations paper. Turns out you love someone else.“ My eyes narrowed once again at the last comment.
“Wh-Wha, I don't love him!“ I half shouted. “He's a jerk that gave my beautiful sister a dastard disease, he even broke her heart, and what?! Love him?! This arranged marriage is impossible to get out of,“ I felt my voice crack as tears welled up in the corners of my eyes. “I hate him so much to the point of wanting to just die.“
Kevin had wide eyes locked onto me. I used the back of my hands to wipe away tears that kept streaming down my face.
“I love you, Kevin.“ I sobbed. “I lost. You won the game since long ago.“
He sat next to me and wrapped an arm around my back. I leaned onto his chest and sobbed.
“I hate him so so so much, Kevin...“ I choked.
“... I hate him too, Helen.“
“He even killed the one most important person to me...“ I continued.
“...My first love,“ I whispered. Kevin perked up at what I next said. “...His name was Ren...Ren Kaidou...“
