"I-I—Look, I'm sorry I can't say this but, just wait okay?" I tell him. "What do you think I've been doing.?" -_-

"Okay. I-I like—"

"So, what did you say? You said yes right?" Arisa asked as her and Takuma sat with me during lunch. "You told him that you liked him right?" Takuma asked.

"Yeah, except I didn't say that." I said. "What do you mean?" Arisa asked and they both looked confused. "I told him that I liked...food." -_-'

They both went silent for two seconds then ended up laughing so hard. 😂 I just sat there embarrassed and felt dumb, really dumb. -//-'

"Oh my gosh you're so dumb!" Arisa laughs. "Seriously? What did he say?" Takuma asked. "He laughed too." -_-' I said. They laugh more by that and I place my face in my hand more embarrassed.

"Here you go, you like food right?" Ayato came as he dropped a snack on my desk and those two laughed more. -_- you can shut up now. "You know I already know that right? You looked so shy, I thought you were going to say something else but nope." He said walking away. Oh gosh. -_-'

So yeah, I ended up saying that I like food instead of I like you. Yeah... -_-' I walk in the hallway when I see this shy girl confessing to Ayato. "I like you." She says. Ugh, why couldn't I just say that? I'm so dumb. Walking away, I think of my mistake and how stupid I was.

"Shay, there's a meeting in the library." My assistant student prez tells me. "Okay. Let's go." I said and we both headed towards the library.

"So yeah." I told my classmates as I'm standing in the front about the school party. "What'll the theme be?" A girl asked. "Valentines. Since Valentines is coming up." I answered. "Ooh, but then helping set up a party is kinda gonna be hard work right?" They complain. "Gosh, what is wrong with y'all?" I roll my eyes.

"I'll help." Arisa offered. "Me too." Takuma said. "Guess I'll help too." Ayato said and the girls face him. "Then I'll help too." One said.

"Me too!" Another said. Jeez, he really got magic huh? "So, you're in?" I asked. "Yes!" They all said. "It'll start today, if you're too busy then whatever." But then they all claim that they're not since Ayato was helping out. Gosh, I was actually hoping to be alone. Ugh, too bad.

"Ooh, you can confess to him on Valentine's Day then!" >.< Arisa exclaims as we're bringing down supplies for the party in the gym. "Sure, then I'll make a fool out of myself again." I roll my eyes. "Oh come on, that's a common mistake. You have to make a choice soon, well, you did but, you have to tell him soon. And smile about it so he knows that you're serious." She advices.

"Should I?" I asked. "Yeah, you should. Try it out in the mirror." She says as we put the stuff down. Then she hands me her small mirror. "Try it." I look at her, she nods and I turn to the mirror.i took her advice and tried to smile although it doesn't come out. "Come on, you can do it. Like this!" She smiles.

"Whatcha guys doing? Shouldn't you be help out? Prez?" Takuma said as he came. "Shh Takuma-kun, Shay's trying to smile." Arisa explained. "Whoa, prez trying to smile?" He asked which came out louder than expected so when the others heard, they start to crowd around.

"Prez trying to smile?!"

"Ooh, I want to see this."

"Me too, how would she look like?"

Great, way to ruin the moment. I frown but continued to look at the mirror and trying. Everyone beside me cheers then suddenly someone grabs me away.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. What are you doing? Can't you see I was having a moment?" I said as I saw that it was Ayato. "Yeah, I saw that you were trying to smile in front of everyone else." He says. "So? That's bad?" I asked. "Yes it's bad. I want to see you smile first, no one else. Well maybe Arisa but no one else. Got it?"

"What are you? Three years old? You're so childish." I scoff. "It's not something to laugh at. I told you that I was going to protect that smile didn't I?" He asked. "Whatever, go play with your girlfriends, I gotta go back to work." I told him as I start walking away.

Suddenly, he grabs me my the arm, making me face him. "What are you? Three years old? You sound jealous. I saw you see me getting confessed at."

"I'm not jealous! Not jealous at all. Now, if you'll excuse me." I said kinda lying as I let go of him and start leaving again. "I know that's a lie!" He called out. "Think whatever you want!" I shouted back without turning around.

I got back to the gym and we all started setting things up for the party tomorrow night. And tomorrow is Valentine's, wonder what I'll do. It's too soon to confess again isn't it? Especially with that 'I like food' thing. Gosh I made a fool out of myself, let's just calm down ight? Don't pay attention to it.

The next day was Valentines and everyone is talking about it. I see so many girls confessing their love to their crushes. Of course Ayato has so much chocolate and cards from girls. Should I confess too? Nah, I'll turn out saying I like food again, don't want to take the risk. But...

     I stop walking and look at Ayato-kun surrounded by a bunch of girls. Somehow I feel a bit of jealousy. Why am I such an idiot? Everyone else can do it but I can't. Then I ran off and went to the rooftop. Why? Why can't I do it?! I feel like a fool!

     Bending down and covering my ear because I feel like a fool, I just want to disappear right now. I can't do this, always looking at him getting so many confessions and I can't. And somehow, I'm feeling so dizzy. My head started hurting so badly and I'm starting to lose conscious so I fell on the floor as I fainted.
