Dangerous Love - Completed 1st Draft

Chapter Eleven

The rest of the week seemed to drag for Rowen, she never knew that three days could feel like three months. The days never seemed to finish as quickly as they used to, she used to complain that she never had enough hours in the day to get things done. Now all she wanted was for the day to hurry up and end so the next could begin and she would be one step closer to Liam.

After Liam had given her a deadline to be ready for him, all she could think about was what he was going to do with her. It always sent her pulse racing. The anticipation was the worst thing. She had no idea what was going to happen to her, she knew that Liam had a darker side, but what would she do if he was like that in bed.

The more she thought about him being rough, manhandling her, telling her exactly what she was going to do and how she was going to do it, the more she liked the idea of it.

In the past she had been too scared to try anything but what she had been told was 'normal' for sex. Liam didn't seem like the kind of person who had the kind of sex that everyone, or society specifically, found acceptable. And that thought thrilled her more than she thought possible.

She had taken the time to actually study sex. She never thought there were so many different positions, and different 'kinks' out there. She had learnt more than she wanted to at one point when she had stumbled into people having... relations... with animals. She had quickly shut that down and struggled not to throw up.

What had intrigued her the most was the BDSM world. Did she think that she could live it? Probably not, but there were some aspects to it that made her blush and think about Liam doing them to her. She wondered if that was something he was into, something that he thought that she would shy from and eventually lead to them parting ways.

Surely he didn't think that she was that much of a blushing virgin that she wouldn't give something a shot? Especially if he took the time to explain something to her. Not that he needed to now that she had researched everything she could about being submissive.

Never in her life did Rowen think that she would discover that she was submissive. But everything that she read pointed to it, and while it was shocking, it seemed like a weight was lifted off her shoulders at the discovery. Something had shifted inside of herself and it explained the way she was with Liam perfectly. 

She submitted to him the second she saw him. And she didn't even know it. But something made her think that Liam knew already.

Rowen was a mess by the time Friday came around. Her nerves were shot, she couldn't concentrate at work, talking to her friends was impossible. It was like her brain was stuck on one thing and nothing else was going to enter it.  It wasn't even midday when Rowen gave up trying to work and took herself home. 

Her boss wouldn't mind, considering she was his best worker, she was a supervisor of her section so essentially she was her own boss. 

Rowen wasn't sure how she got herself, she wasn't even paying that much attention to the road. All she wanted to do was get home to try and calm herself down so she didn't embarrass herself when the time came to finally get to Liam. 

He hadn't spoken to her in three days. Text messages didn't count to Rowen especially when they only had snippets of what he wanted to do with her, making sure she was ready. A one point Rowen thought he was trying to warn her off with them, trying to scare her off, which prompted her to her research in the first place. 

When she managed to get herself through the door, Rowen decided that a warm soak in her bath tub was something that she needed desperately. She tried to make herself walk calmly, yet she managed to rush to her room, discarding her clothing in the process. By the time that she was in her room, she was down to her panties and bra her skirt and blouse tossed on the lounge and arm chair on the way through.
