Liam chuckled to himself. Finally things were going the way he had wanted them to.

He had spent the last month doing what his father had sent him here to do. He made sure everyone knew just where their loyalties were. He had the most fun when someone thought they were better than his father and himself. Liam enjoyed teaching them that they were so very wrong.

He had made sure to keep in contact with Anita. Pretending to be a loving family member was easy, considering Anita craved the attention. He gleaned as much information out of her as he could about the woman that had caught his attentions. Anita had gone on in great detail about how much a gold-digger the girl was and how she had ruined Daniel.

The mention that she had ruined Daniel caught Liam's attention, so he went in search of Daniel to find out what had really happened.

It wasn't hard to find him, high in his sister's house, surrounded by beer bottles and bags of weed. Liam cared little for the state that Daniel was in, all he wanted was information on the girl. With weed and alcohol fueling his bravado, Daniel had tried to take on Liam, throwing a wild right hook which Liam easily dodged.

Daniel laughed as he laid sprawled on the dirty floor.

"She left me you know." he mumbled, Liam crouched down balancing on the balls of his feet.

"Where is she?" Daniel looked at him, his eyes filled with anger.

"She left 'cos she kept thinking about you." he looked away from Liam. "Even when I was balls deep inside her, she kept thinking about you." Daniel scoffed.

Liam's hands curled into fists. "Where is she?"

He desperately wanted to pound the man's face in, watch his eyes roll back in his head from the pain Liam had inflicted on him. But he needed to know where she was first.

"Who knows?" Daniel shrugged, "All I know is that she left. Left me, for you. You, a man she doesn't know. Even when I told her what you'd said, she still wanted you. I guess I shouldn't be surprised, she is a nasty slut."

Liam lost his control, his fist flying forward easily breaking Daniel's nose. Daniel whimpered, holding his nose as the blood rushed over his fingers.

"Tell me where she is!" Liam shouted.

"She's probably home, or out! I don't know! I don't even know what day it is man!"

"Thursday." Liam growled.

"She's at the pub! She'll be there!"

"Where!"

Daniel scrambled to get a piece of paper, using a coloured pencil he wrote down the name of the pub that she would most likely be at. Liam snatched it from him, checking on his phone if the place was real or not. He was sort of hoping that Daniel was stupid enough to give him a false name so he could beat the truth out of him. But, Daniel had given him an actual place.

"Her name is Rowen." Daniel mumbled through his bloodied hand.

Liam smirked. "Oh I know."

All the events that had happened lead him to this point. Watching out her out of the corner of his eye as she made we way towards him. She was glorious in her anger, her walk was determined as she made her way over. He could hear the heels of her boots click loudly on the wooden flooring.

The pawn in front of him tried to slide closer to him, Liam didn't tell her no. He wanted Rowen angry, he wanted her to just react and not think about her next move. The woman reeked of cigarette smoke and cheap alcohol. Not appealing to him in any way, but he needed to keep the act up.
