!!Warning!!
There is a change of POV in this chapter. Liam's father is a sick man, and I want to warn anyone who reads this, that he is not afraid to molest, rape, beat, and torture a woman. There is a few of those in this chapter, so please if it makes you uneasy please do not read this chapter.
I do not condone violence against women at all. It is however needed in this work of FICTION to progress the story.
Please read with caution.

LIAM
The sound of glass smashing echoed out the silent penthouse. Liam bellowed out his frustration before going for something else he could smash.
Rowen had been taken, right from under him. He was overflowing with guilt. If only he had of kept her with him, somehow convinced her to stay at his penthouse with him or even if he stayed with her, anything would have been better than her not being here.
He knew the instant she was in his father's hands, he had received a picture message, thinking it was just Rowen he left it for a bit before going to check it. He was half right, it was Rowen but it wasn't the kind of picture he was thinking she might send.
Rowen was tied to a chair, she was in nothing but her underwear and bra. Her face was covered with blood, it looked dry. He noticed the cut on her forehead, her split lip was leaking blood meaning it was fresh. Her thigh's had red marks on them that looked like hand prints. Her legs were tied to the bottom of the chair, her hands tied behind her, her mouth had a cloth gag tied tightly behind her head. She was glaring at the camera that he was sure his father was holding. Her dark eyes blazing with hate, yet free of tears. She had a small sign in her lap, his father's handwriting taunted him, FINDERS KEEPERS.
Liam had been trashing his house ever since.
No one could find them, there was nothing not even a signal from her phone. It was like his father had just disappeared taking Rowen with him. Liam didn't want to think about what his father was doing to her.
If only he had tried harder.
He had been so distracted with trying to get his father that he didn't even notice that the man had gone off the grid. He didn't realise that he was no longer at Liam's house in Italy, leaving a present behind. The bodies of the two women that he had taken to the house when Liam had see him on the CCTV.
Liam didn't even know that his father was in the same country.
Liam had spent two weeks gathering the men he needed to take down his father and his remaining supporters. He had been locked away in sit-downs with the other Don's and his own men, putting together a solid plan of attack. He had been trying to split his time between Rowen and the Don's, he had thought that he was doing alright. Not great, but alright.
Rowen never complained about the lack of attention he was giving her, she never threw a fit like he expected a woman to do. He knew that she was different, but he never stopped thinking that one day she would act like the women he was used to dealing with, and demand something from him.
She never did.
Right now, he wished that she had been pushy, that she had screamed and made demands. He would have gladly have put up with an overly needy Rowen if it meant that she was by his side, where she belonged.
Liam regretted the lost time with her. He wanted her back, and he didn't care how it happened, he just wanted it done. He didn't want her trapped with his father, god only know's what he was doing to her right now.
