That night, Ivy wakes up and starts crying. I wake up and I hear Ayden mumble that it's my turn.

"I got up last time," I groan into my pillow.

"I'm pretty sure I did," Ayden sighs as he stands up and walks to Ivy's crib. I hear him pick her up and take her to her nursery. I manage to fall asleep again, but it only seemed like for a second or two before Ayden comes back in the room with a still screaming Ivy.

"It's your turn now. I think she's hungry. I've tried everything else."

I sit up and stretch my arms out for her. Ayden puts her in my arms and I get situated to nurse her. After I nurse her, I was so tired I didn't trust myself to hand Ivy back to Ayden. He sensed this and take her from me and puts her in her crib. Ivy sleeps peacefully now that she has been fed and changed.

Two years later, Cora and Ryan end up getting back together, and Haven and Jake decide to get married. The wedding is today, and I am the Maid of Honor while Ivy is the flower girl. As the wedding starts and Ivy walks down the aisle, she doesn't drop a flower from her basket, deciding to keep them. When Ivy reaches about halfway down the aisle, she realizes she doesn't want any of the flowers, so she dumps them all out at once. I laugh quietly and shake my head as I hear the crowd awe. Ivy walks on with her empty basket and sits on the front pew, waiting for me. The ring bearer, who is Jake's cousin and quite a few years older than Ivy, walks down the aisle next. The wedding proceeds and Haven and Jake say "I do." I couldn't help but tear up some as they said their own vows to each other. As we go to the reception, Ivy snuggles her head against my neck and Ayden wraps his arm around my waist, practically glaring at any male who dared to look at me.

"Ayden, you are hysterical. I think you have clearly shown I'm yours, so you don't need to glare at the other men." I tease.

"Mommy, I hungry." Ivy informs me, pouting adorably.

"I'm sure you are, darling," I kiss her forehead.

"I'll take her to get something to eat while you talk to the new bride." Ayden says, taking Ivy out of my arms. I know she must be exhausted; she missed her nap this afternoon.

"Okay. If she gets too grouchy, we will leave early. Ivy looks like she's about ready to go to sleep." I tell him before I walk away to talk to Haven.

"Hey," Haven smiles, radiating happiness.

"Hey, you look beautiful, as I said before, and your vows were so sweet." I compliment.

"Thank you. Ivy was adorable the way she just tossed her flowers to the floor."

I laugh with her. "Yes, she was. Do you know when the first dance and father-daughter dance will happen?"

"Soon, why?"

"Ivy missed her nap and we may have to leave early. I don't want to miss those dances, they are very important."

"Oh, I understand, and I'll make sure they happen a little sooner so you can see them." Haven smiles, hugging me.

"Well, I won't take you from your husband any longer."

I was able to watch the dances before we had to leave. I smile as I remember how beautiful everything was.

I get Ivy to sleep as I tell her a bedtime story, which happened to be Cinderella. I kiss her cheek and tuck her in, whispering goodnight to her sleeping form, as I stand to leave and turn off the light. Ayden comes in and kisses Ivy goodnight as well and we leave, shutting her door until it was cracked.
