Chapter 43: The Mafia

Austin's Pov

I wake up to the sound of a car outside the front yard. I shake Kenzie to wake her up. I got a bit anxious from the sound. "Kenzie stay here. I think someone is outside." I said as I get up and pull a shirt over me. I pull my gun that I have hidden under the bed. "Austin, be careful." Kenzie tells me. I wanted to kiss to assure her but I needed to go check it out. I give her a long glare and leave the room.

I knock on Robert and Zach's door. I hear yelling outside. I go downstairs with Zach's follow. Robert went to wake up Alex. I hear talking outside. It's a male.

More than one.

"Zach, cover the left side and I will get right." I whisper and Zach nodded. I hear Alex and Robert feet coming down the stairs and I signal them to stand next to the window. I hear a window break behind me. I turn around and see a brick with a note. As I was pulling out my gun and loading it, ready to kill at any second, I heard a screams upstairs. I girl scream.

Kenzie.

"Austin! Help!" I heard. I tell the crew to stay here and watch out for anything. They nodded and I rush up there. "Kenzie!" I try to open the door but it was blocked by something. "Help me!" I heard. I was kicking the door to open it. "Kenzie!" I yelled. I finally had the door open. I see Kenzie in a guys arms. She blindfolded. By the tattoos he had over him I knew where he had come from.

The Mafia.

I rush over but a bullet was shot at me. It hit the wall next to me. I hid behind the cabinet to block out the bullets. "Austin, baby, Help me!" I said. "Oh, looks like I got Mahone's little lover with me." The guy said. "Leave her alone!" I said. Kenzie was trying to escape but couldn't. I was getting angry by the second. "Austin, I bet you don't like it when they mess with your girl, huh?" He asked pushing my buttons. He knew my answer but smirked.

"Just leave her alone! Take me instead." I said. "Oh no, we don't want you." He said. "Mahone, I bet you don't like it when they do this to your girl." He said and kisses Kenzie on the lips. My blood boils. Kenzie try's to pull away but he forces her. Pushing her head towards his lips. I pull out my gun and aim it at him. He quickly pulls his gun too and aims at me. He covers Kenzie's mouth so she can't scream.

"She has some really nice lips Mahone, I see why you like her." He says checking her out. He puts his hand on her hip. Its making me more mad. He covers himself behind Kenzie. "If you shoot, you are going to end up killing her." He said I weakened. They found my weakness.

"Drop your weapon." He said. I did. I didn't want to kill her. I loved her too much.

"Now tell her goodbye." He said and he shot at me. I fall to the ground and see him climb out the window with Kenzie. She is struggling to get out his arms. I yelled out for the crew, almost passing out. I look down and see I was losing a lot of blood.

I turn to the door to see them enter the room. I can't hear properly, voices coming in and out. My vision becomes blurry. I see Zach next to me and Robert on the phone. I believe he was calling Tyler. I look down and see more blood.

All I need is to get Kenzie back. She is my love.

Then, everything soon goes black.

Kenzie Pov

My hands are tied up and I have a blindfold on. I am terrified. "Who are you?" I said with tears in my eyes. "Shut up!" Someone said angry. "No! Where are you taking me?" I said trying to fight back. "I said to shut up!" The same person said. I felt a sharp pain in my left cheek. They slapped me.

I started crying. "You are just fucking like Mahone, weak!" Someone else said. "Ashton they are dating. Kenzie called him 'baby' ." Someone else said. "Are you dating that fuck?" I believe Ashton asked. I didn't answer. I felt another sharp pain on my left cheek. "I am fucking talking to you dumbass! Are you fucking dating Mahone?" Ashton asked. "Yes!" I screamed at him. "Watch at who you are yelling at!" Ashton said.

"I don't know who you people are but I hope you know that once Austin and the crew know where y'all are keeping me hostage, he will kick your asses!" I said trying to fight back. Then again, I felt a heavy hand on my right side of my cheek. My hot tears come down on my cheeks. The burning sensation on my cheek hurts. "Mahone isn't going to find us any time soon. My good buddy Calum over here, shot him back there." Ashton said. I felt someone's breath come closer. "And left him dead. Dripping out his blood." He said.

"What?!" I said with tears in my eyes. My heart stops. Austin can't be dead. There is no way.

"Your lying!" I said trying I get lose. "You are lying. Austin is alive. He is going to rescue me." I said with tears falling from my eyes. "Well, Calum killed him and he stayed laying on the ground. Blood dripping from him. Dead!" Someone said. It was a new voice. "No, he is alive! You are all lying!" I tried to argue.

There is no way Austin is dead. He can't be dead. The love of my life can't be dead. He will come rescue me. He will save me.

"Pass me the cloth Luke." The new voice said. I hear things moving. "What are y'all doing?" I soon felt a cloth over my mouth and nose. It had a chemical on it. It smelled funny. I tried to move away from the cloth but I couldn't. I tried screaming but it was making things worse. I soon began to feel light headed. I felt like I was on a high.

Soon everything became dark.
