Chapter 44: Note

Kenzie's Pov

I wake up from my sleep, I don't move but, just look around to check out my surroundings first.

I'm in a bed, a small one and in a room, It's different. The walls are white, and there is no window, just walls. I listen for any noise and there was nothing. I don't know this room, it's new. I am scared I don't remember anything. I get a get a weird vibe from this place. I turn over and sit up. I see a guy sitting on a chair beside the bed. I don't remember ever seeing him before.

He has pretty eyes and brown hair. Tattoos covering his body. He has a black Nirvana shirt with black ripped skinny jeans. He stares at me and smiles. His eye colors changed. The room fills up with tension. He licks his lips.

"Seems like you have woken up." He said. His voice sounds familiar. "Where is Austin?" Was the first thing I asked. He begins to laugh, I look at him oddly. "You don't remember, do you doll?" he asked. I got chills when he called me 'doll', "No, who are you? Your voice sounds familiar." I said nervously. The last thing I remember was sleeping in Austin's arms and hearing his heartbeat.

"Well, I'm Ashton." He said. It hit me.

Ashton

I remember now. Austin woke me up to noise to the front yard. Hearing a window breaking and someone coming through the window in my room. Hearing Austin's voice, him trying to rescue me. They kidnapping me and gun shots everywhere. Getting slapped in the face and being yelled at. Getting the news of Austin being dead. Tears begin to face on my face.

"You bastard!" I said as I got up with anger. He just sat there with a smirk. I balled my fist up to punch him. I was a foot away but I couldn't reach him, I was held back. I look down at my feet and seen my ankles were tied with the legs of the bed.

"You thought we would let you be free?" He said getting up. He starts to circle me, chills went down my spine. He has a danger vibe towards him. I do not move, nerves over took my body.

"Why are you doing this to me?" I asked. Ashton walks behind me and I could feel his eyes on my body. "Kenzie doll." He said laying his hands on my hip, I stiffen up."You are Mahone's trophy." He said. He stands in front of me now. "You see, the crew or whatever you want to call them, we want them dead." He said and say back down. My hands begin to tremble.

"Calum already killed one. Now, we need the rest of them dead." He said. My eyes begin to water. "We know you and, oh, what's his name." He said. He looked out to the side to think. "Robert, We know you two had a thing going on." He said. "You have been stalking us?" I asked with my voice shaky. "Day and night." He said. He stands closer to me and caresses my left cheek. His thumb glides on my bruise. "Baby girl-" "Don't call me that." I said interrupting him, I won't let anyone call me that. His face changes.

He moves his hand away and then makes contact with my cheek. He slaps me across the face and I fall to the ground. Hot tears roll down my cheek. My cheek is burning. I lay my hand on it while crying. "Listen here you whore." He said as he squat down to my level. "I will call whatever I fucking want." He said, I could feel his breathe  on my skin.

"You got that?" He said, I nod. "Good you whore. And since you want to bitch, you won't have any dinner nor breakfast in the morning." He said. He pushed me on the floor. I looked up and seen him stand up. "You ugly whore" he said. He spits on me and it lands on my shirt. He walks out with disgusts.

He walks out the room and I get on the bed. I burry my face in the pillow and cried. I miss Austin so much. I miss the crew. My heart is torn. I want them to find me.

And fast.

Alex Pov

Tyler was in the room with Austin.  He is trying to take the bullet out of him and stabilize his blood. Tyler knew how to operate on a person. He has a doctor degree or some shit, and works at a hospital.

I am afraid. He lost a lot of blood and not only that, Kenzie is kidnapped by The Mafia. Sarah and her are in so much danger now. Once I have Sarah in my arms, I will never let her go again.

Robert and Zach are down stairs angry as hell. Robert is heart broken but mad as hell.

I look at the note that was tied with the brick thrown at the window.

Sarah & Kenz I e will be w A iting"

I get more pissed off as I read this. Kenzie and Sarah don't deserve this. I wish I wouldn't have left Sarah alone and heart broken. But we will get them back. We just have to wait for Austin's healing.
