Chapter 14 - Leaving for Let the Games begin

i stroll into the house and to Caroline's room. where she is reading proberly some magazine she look up.

"hey sis do you know where mom keeps empty boxes?" i ask she furrows her eyebrows.

"in the basement why."

"oh I'm just planning to clear some stuff before i go to the Salvatore's there has been a lot going on and Damon said he would help" i lie

"with what" she asks slowly

"just this and that thanks sis. oh and tell mom i will be staying at there's for a while"

i head to the basement i thought about earlier

i left Elijah and headed down to the tomb to see Katharine.

"oh Kitty Kat. come out and play" i coo into the darkness shuffles could be heard coming closer until i saw her messed up.

"Bethany, what do i owe the pleasure" she wheezes

"well Kat i need advice and a favour in exchange i will give you this" i hold up two bags

"one is full of bottles of blood the other clothes and other stuff" i state

"I'm listening" i smirk.

"i need advice on how to disappear no one can fine me until i want them too. this should not include faking my own death or anything along those lines."

"why would you want to know that"

"because i was betrayed right now that's all you need to know now for the first bag tell me how to keep under the radar" i order.

"very well. say you're going somewhere then head for one of the expensive foreclosures in town or near it anyway. compel a few people to make other look in the wrong direction. if you're going to be staying there for a while you want regulars compel them that unless the look at you they have no idea who you're talking about. it would also be wise to have a witch the can help you block anything the Bennett does. something along those lines"

"awesome here is the blood. for the second back i need a favour."

"what will that be."

"the other plan to dagger Elijah if the succeed i hear your realise. Elijah won't think it will happen i think it will which in some case is good... for me. i want you to be my eyes and ears in the boarding house cause trouble if you like. i don't care, also i want you to deliver a message let the games begin. so Kat would you like to be a part of my little game." she smirks

"have you turned off that humanity switch?" she asked

"maybe i have maybe i haven't what's the answer" i reply

"i would love to" i chuck her the other bag and leave.

i grab the boxes and take them upstairs i begin to pack everything of Jeremy's tying them to my old life and packing them up pictures clothes teddies anything that was of him was now gone. i listened to see if Care was asleep which she was and started packing my clothes i took all of it down to my car. after locking the door i climbed in but called Elijah first

"Bethany are you ready."

"yes i will see you at the boarding house"

"very well" i hung up and drove their i saw Elijah. he was standing next to his car.

"are you sure about this?" he asked as i wrapped my arms around him

"very sure you have me now Elijah i trust you but i want to leave i need to." he nods and kisses me, yes i moved on already but to be honest i see now that i was starting to fall for him. now i don't have the tie holding me back to my old life.

"come on while i move your bags while you go inside. Damon is asleep with the news reporter."

"okay I'll be right back" i open the door of the house quietly and walk upstairs to a Stefan's bedroom i placed my phone, keys and a note

'girls just wanna have fun'

i left the house and got into Elijah's car and belted up before he drove of heading for the outskirts of Georgia. picking up a paper which i did. we then went to a cafe where we had coffee looking through a paper, i looked through the fore closer listings and picked the third expensive one it was grand enough brilliant.

"picked one you like yet my love" he asked sipping his tea

"yes" i showed him.

"very nice are you ready" i nodded and got up and left for the house
