~*Lisa*~

It's been two weeks since I was brought here, and in those same two weeks I've heard rumors that the empress isn't invading just to invade. In fact, many of the rumors have the name "Frags" somewhere within them. Who's this Frags person anyways?

From what I have heard, this "Frags" managed to sneak into the palace undetected, and kill the empress' father before dying in a ship crash on a distant planet. Everyone believes that the ship crashed here on Earth, and that Frags is alive; hiding among the human race like a coward. That would be a story for the ages.

"Lisa!" a woman hisses, bringing me back to reality, "The guards have been calling for you."

"W-what?" My heart races and I stand up as quickly as possible. What did I do wrong?

"Go! You don't want to be the wolves' next meal do you?" I shake my head before moving toward the guard station.

When I reached the area the guards instantly turned to look at me. Of course, all of them were giant muscly freaks. I have to crane my neck to look directly at them. Which makes your neck sore the more often you do it. At least they're good looking...

"You are the human girl?" His accent isn't as thick as majority of the other servants. He's probably from the Northern Plains of their planet. That's where the people with better education are from it seems.

"Yes, that's me," I say with a quiet sigh. That's what I'm known as. The human girl. That's basically- no; that's all I am now.

"Come with me." He grabs my arm and leads me away. One thing about these people everyone forgets to mention; they hate taking their sweet time to do things.

I'm lead across the ship like a small child, and a few of the men snicker as I pass. But then again, who wouldn't laugh at a filthy human? We're below them in everything.

Once we were passed the majority of the ship, I'm lead into a smaller hallway lit with bright fluorescent lights. I'm genuinely surprised about how bright this one area is compared to everywhere else. Everywhere else is dark and cold to make people more willing to work. After walking past a countless number of doors, he finally stops. His hand leaves my wrist, and becomes a fist on his chest. He speaks Mespelí in a loud, clear voice before standing still. Staring at the door in front of us. Probably announcing that he brought me to by execution. Honestly, I wouldn't mind being executed. It's better than dying while washing the empress' dresses. Everyone else does that...

I was brought back to reality when the door in front of us opened. Curiosity gets the best of me and I look inside. Just as I did so, a large hand touches my back and shoves me. I stumble forward into the room, and fall to the ground after failing to catch myself. I've never been graceful anyways.

Huffing slightly, I sit up and move my knotted, and dirt covered hair out of my face. They could've at least had warned me that they were going to shove me...

"I said I won't fall for your tricks Anaihee," a strikingly familiar voice states; anger clear in his scratchy voice. Wait, he can't be here too...

Can he?

Impatience is all I know now. All she's having us do is sit around and watch paint dry. When I do manage to ask her why we're doing nothing, she goes on a rant about how "reckless" and "irrational" I've always been.
