Spencer's House with Hanna Emily and Aria

"Okay Emily you are never allowed for the entire summer" Hanna complains. It was the end of the summer and every year they end the summer at Spencer's house for their annual sleepover. Lot's of things had happened in the past. They found out that "A" is..was Mona and she was put in Radley. Dr. Sullivan disappeared but the showed up with the help of Toby. Spencer was forced to breakup with Toby. Toby ran away but then came back and they reunited again. Lastly Maya died and it left Emily miserable.

"Yeah EM" agreed Spencer and Aria.

"So how many houses did you build" Aria asked

"ugh I think we built 20" emily drunkly said

"did you know one house in Haiti is like a home for 50 people" Hanna smiled

"Okay ms. obvious, how much of your list did you actually do" Spencer asked

"Let's see........."

So after they discussed what they all did for the summer. Spencer "went to college" and Aria took a photography class over at Hollis. Emily was quite the drunk. According to her Aria is a pixie and Emily can handle drinking. After a long night they slept. Maybe like 20 minutes later. Hanna and Aria woke up. But Spencer and Emily is missing

"Hey where's Spencer and Emily" Aria asked

"I don't know" Hann said.

Just then Spencer came in all worried.

"Spence where were you and where is Emily"

"I woke up and she was gone so I looked for her....I cant find her anywhere" Spencer said

The girls went over to search of the missing Emily. Finally they found her at a graveyard......Alison Dilaurentis grave. It was dug up and the body was missing. Emily was holding a shovel( a/n. It keep note off this. there's a twist) The girls went over to Emily and took her home.

The next day

At the boutique with Hanna Mrs. Marin, Spencer and Mrs. Hastings

"So Hanna what do you think of this..it's nice right" Ms. Marin shows Hanna a shirt

"Yeah for a pregnant women" Hanna laughed

With Spencer and Hanna

"So how's Toby" Hanna asked

"He's fine. He finally got the loft above the brew, he likes it. His shower doesnt work so he comes over to my place..so i'm liking the loft" Spencer says. Hanna gives Spencer a smile but it fades away when two ladies are whispering and pointing at them.

"we will always be known as the girls who knew Alison" Hanna said

"Alison and now Maya" Spencer commented

The two older ladies continue to whisper and point

"HEY I CAN TAKE A PICTURE AND SEND IT TO YOU" Hanna snapped.

The two ladies left flabbergasted.

After shopping Spencer decided to go home so Toby can shower. That's one thing she loves about the loft. Since the shower is broken he comes over to her place to shower. She gets the full package of Toby Cavanaugh. Spencer was making up her bed while Toby was showering. She heard the shower off. He must be phone.

Beep Beep Spencer picked up her phone to see who was calling. Unknown. This is was 4th time this number called. The first time she picked up she told the person to stop calling.

"Hey I promise the shower at my place will be done" Toby said snapping her out of her thoughts

"Hmm. I told you its fine there no need to rush...seriously there's...no rush" she low key flirts. While Toby was drying his hair Spencer was checking him up. After drying he comes up to her with a smirk on his face

"Are your parents home?"

"Nope". he takes a step closer checking Spencer out since she's wearing his shirt from that night at the hotel

"You know that's my shirt" he flirts

"Yea and your never gonna get it back" she says a little nervous. He closes the gap between the two and kissed her.

"I dont want it back" he kisses her passionately "You look better in it than I do" he kisses her again. Spencer is getting worked up. The kiss and getting a little intense. Spencer pulls back

I know it was my idea to wait, but now I'm forgetting why" she kisses him. He pulls away slowly and gives Eskimo kisses. He then smiles.

"you'll remember once I put some clothes on" he turns her. Spencer turns around feeling rejected.

beep beep.

her phone beeps again. she looks at the phone. Of course its the unknown number again. She rejects the call again

"I'm so glad that this time you girls weren't involved with the whole graveyard situation"

"uh yah me too" she said. "The fact that someone would do that to Alison is-"

"Im know I'm sorry I brought it up" he apologizes "well I should get going now" he says

"okay, I love you"

"I love you too"

With that Toby left. Little did she know Toby joined the A team. He's doing this for her..and ONLY her. After the whole Mona incident he's making it his life mission to protect the lady he loves. Toby leaves her house and heads to an Ally where the A team is. He goes inside to wait for the person.

"It's about time you made it" the voice said.

"Well I'm here what do you need me to do" he asked

"I have a picture that makes Emily look really bad" the voice said again. The person handed him the pic. It was a picture of that night in the graveyard. It showed Emily in front of the dug up grave with a shovel.

"What do I need to do with this"

"You need to anonymously send it to the Police Station. Once they look at it, they will have Emily under arrest"

"are you sure this will work"

"Yes, im positive. Let's make one thing clear if you dont do this I will KILL Spencer and have you watch it. DO we have a deal"

"yea i guess, uh what's your name again"

"Cece, Cece Drake" she said "Now go before it's too late"

Toby left to go to the Police Station. He wore his black hoodie, black sneakers, black mask and black gloves. He goes to his car and drives to the station. He drops off the picture and leaves.

"I'm doing this for Spencer" he said to himself. He leaves and drives home.

The next day

Knock knock knock

"yes may I help you" Mrs. Fields ask

"Yes, were here from the Police Department, we have a warrant for Emily Fields."

"Mom what's going on" Emily ask

"Emily Fields your under arrest for digging up Alison Dilaurentis grave." the police said

"I did what"

"You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in court. If you cant provide a lawyer the court will assist you with one" the other police said. They handcuffed Emily and put her back in a police car. Leaving a very confused mom.

"Oh my gosh" she yelled.
