The one with the Valetines

Toby was preparing for Valentines Day for his wife of three years Spencer Hastings. He's known as the very romantic type.
This year Spencer and Toby both agreed to make the presents. Spencer read on Buzzfeed that your relationship with your spouse will grow stronger and last longer.
Toby was in the house all day trying to figure out what to make Spencer.
"Caleb I have no idea what to make for Spencer! Why did I agree to make the present?" He complains on the phone
"Because you literally do whatever she says.  She says jump you jump from a plane." He laughs. "I wish Hanna would listen to me"
"Dude now not be time to joke okay, I need ideas!" He shouts as he looks through the closet to find something "Spencer probably already had the present made on the first day of February"
"Well that's Spencer Hastings for yah, always doing something out of the ordinary"
"I'm hanging up your no help" he hangs up his phone and continues searching to find something"
He searched and searched until he came across and easel with pencils.
Then it clicked.
He will draw a portrait. He's an amazing artist and Spencer loves his drawings. He will just draw a picture of them.
He ran upstairs and took out a picture of them and began drawing. As he draws he wonder what Spencer made him.
And this surprise will leave him well surprised

That night

Spencer has been out all day long. Which was fine with Toby because it gave him the time to finish his present.
Once he finished he Order Chinese Food for their dinner. When the food arrived he set it up nicely on the table with candles chocolates and wine.
Toby showered and wore a black tux with a red shirt and tie. He gelled his hair up and put on Spencers favorite cologne of his.
Then the door opened
"Toby?" She calls out
"I'll be down in a second" he shouts. He runs downstairs and saw Spencer.
"Wow" he breathed. She was wearing a velvet red dress that stopped above her knees. He hair was straighten and she wore very light makeup
"You look beautiful" he smiled as he kissed her
"You look amazing too" she kisses back
"What's the big box?"he smirked
"Your present" she smiled as she sat the box on the floor
They both sat down and began eating their food. They talked, they laughed, kissed a little, playing footies. Just being the married couple they are.
"So I have my present, I made it while you were gone" he smiled as he hands her the easel
"Oh my Toby, it's so beautiful I love your drawings" she said kissing him
"And for you this is only part of it. The main one won't be ready for 9 months" she smirked hoping he got the hint
He smiled as he opened the box. When he opened it balloons and streamers came out of it.
"Huh?" He said confused
"Read the balloon" she smiles wide.
He looked up and read the balloon carefully
"Baby" he read.  His eyes opened wide
"Your-
"Yes. I'm pregnant. I found out this morning. I'm 2 weeks"
He knocked the table out of the way and made his way to hug Spencer.
He put her down and he leaned down and kissed her flat tummy
"Happy Valentines Day" Spencer said
"Happy Valentine's Day" he smiled back
