"Its going to be hard to believe when you say I raped you Toby, no one is going to believe that I forced you, it will be the other way around. I just have to scream HELP HE S RAPING ME" and everyone will believe me, not you" Jenna smirked as she began unbuttoning Toby's shirt

"You wont get away with this," He said sternly. He wasn't able to move. One movement and she will scream rape. He closes his eyes and prays that it will be over fast

He nods his head remembering kissing her before he left to go to Maine with Yvonne before she died. 

"It was" he said. She stroke his face and turned his head to look at her. As she leaned in, so did he. She gripped his hair and pulled him close to her. They got up not breaking the kiss and went over to the bed. She took his shirt off and pushed him on the bed. She took her dress off and climbed on top of him

It was the night before the wedding. Toby just came out the shower with a towel wrapped around his waist. He heard a knock on the door and went to open it, and much to his surprise there she was again

"Coffee at this hour? Youre going to be up all night" she said coming in and connecting her lips to his. He pulled her and and shut the door and lift her up, pressing her up against the wall and kissing her. She removed the towel leaving him naked and went over to the bed where he got on top of her and

"Ahhh" Toby jolts awake from the nightmare

"Toby what's wrong" Spencer said turning on the light to see Toby crying. She scooted closer to him and comforted him "Did you have that dream again?" she asked. She felt him nod his head on her chest

"I thought the nightmares were over. Isn't therapy helping you?" she asked rubbing his back and whispering soothing thoughts to him

"I-I guess not Spence. How am I ever going to get over this? Every time I sleep I see them" he wipes the tears from his face.

"Im going to tell you this because I am your wife and I love you so much, you need to press charges Toby" Spencer say

"Please" he scoff "No one is ever going to believe that two girls raped me" he said getting out of bed and heading downstairs to the kitchen. Spencer quickly got up and followed him

"Yes they will, if you tell them exactly what you told me, they will have to believe you" She says sitting on the chair. 

"You really think so?" he said looking at her with a bit of hope

"Yes I am sure" she smiled

"Will you be my lawyer, help me, besides your parents you are actually good and persuading and giving your statement and facts to everyone" he ask

"Of course I will help you, I love you so much. Jenna and Alex deserves to be in jail. Who knows how many victims are out there thats getting raped by them. You are doing the right thing Toby. Tomorrow morning we will go to the station and file a report." 

Toby nods his head and kisses her passionately on the lips

"Okay lets go back to sleep and we will go tomorrow, ". They go upstairs hand in hand and went to sleep. Its going to be a long day

- The next day

"Okay so I must warn you something" she says as she parks the car in front of the station

"What is it?"

"This might be a big case since its you against two women, so this trial may take, days, weeks, months, even years"
