Toby and Spencer stared at each other for a while.

His heart was beating out of chest that you can see it pumping in and out through his shirt. He was mesmerized by her and her style. She was wearing a black trench coat, dark blue skinny jeans and purple velvet boots. Her hair was in a bun and she was barley wearing any makeup which showed off her natural face. He always thought her face was beautiful. He loved the two beauty marks on her right cheek. He adored her dimple chin. He always gets mesmerized by her light brown eyes. He always told her that her eyes shine brighter than the stars. His most favorite is her smile. When she smiles, the world stops and stares at her. He loved how caring, and independent she is.

Spencer on the other hand is trying to figure out who this man standing in front of her is. She heard his name before when she heard Emily and Alison talk.

"Please come in" he sweetly smiled

"Thank you" she said as she stepped in taking off her coat and placing it on the island chair

"I hope your hungry, I made you breakfast, chocolate chip pancakes, black coffee and red grapes" he said as he helped her sit down

"Oh chocolate chip pancakes are my favorite, how did you know?" she smiled excitedly

"we used to da- I mean we were close friends, I knew everything about you" he replied taking a bite of the food

"Were? What happened with us?" she asked popping a grape in her mouth

He didn't expect to explain about them so soon. He had a plan. Guess he needs to explain now

"I-I, we um, you and I used to date, but we- actually I broke up with you because I was selfish" he finally admits

"We dated?" she asked

"let me start from the beginning so actually lets move to my room to get comfortable because it is a long story" he said.

Before Spencer said anything, he took both their plates and told her to follow him upstairs.

so she did and once they were in the room he closed the door and they both sat on the bed with their plates

"So" he started "You and I weren't the close of friends at first. You actually despised me because of rumors that Alison told you when you were 13" he says

'What were the rumors?"

"That I was a pervert and I would look at Emily's windows when you guys were changing but it wasn't true. Then she had something on my step sister Jenna so all of you came to my house and Alison threw a fire cracker in my garage while she was in there and it exploded and it blinded Jenna"

"Toby, I'm so sorry I did that"

"Hey you don't ever have to apologize" he tells her "Anyways after that she blackmailed me to take the fall and I went to juvie. She threatened to tell everyone that I forced myself on Jenna when it was the other way around. You guys saw the videos and knew that Alison lied"

"I think I remember Alison was explaining to me her old mean self"

"so then Alison had disappeared and Emily late ex girlfriend Maya found a body and you guys thought I killed Alison, but then some how the police thought you did it because you two heated each other. You were the only person that would stand up to her and I actually admire you for it. You came by here and offered to tutor me in French but you had a reason because you wanted to help free my name and you apologized for being mean and we just clicked"

"I-wow" she replies "Is there more?" she asked

"Yes there is" he laughs

"you and I have been working together to find out what Jenna had on Alison and we stalked her and followed her to the Edgewood Motel and we shared a room and a bed. We got settled in, we played scrabble, I beat you and we decided to call it a night and I gave you my blue shirt with the anchor-
