Spoby One Shots

Realizing

Prompt: Spencer gets shot(thanks a lot Emily) Mary tells Spencer she's her mother. In this one shot Toby doesn't get into the car accident. Right now the girls are rushing Spencer to the hospital

"Is she gonna be okay?" Hanna cried at the doctors while running beside Spencer whose in very critical condition

"Ma'am we're going to need to you to stand back, we have to rush her to the E.R" the doctor said. Hanna kept fighting but Aria and Alison pulled her back.
"NO NO SHE CANT DIE SHES MY BEST FRIEND I CANT LOOSE HER" Hanna cried.
"Spencer?" They heard a voice. They turned around and there was Toby. Why is he here? He was suppose to be Harding to Maine". Toby saw Spencer on the gurney. He immediately ran over to her trying to get to her.
"What happened, what happened??" He cried. Aria took Toby by the hands and they all went to the waiting room to talk and of course wait for Spencer

Hanna turned to Emily "This is all your fault" she hissed "if you never forgot your stupid phone, we wouldn't be here now"
"It's not Emily's fault" Alison defends. "That could've been anyone". Hanna tapped her feet on the ground
"She literally took a bullet for us" Aria said.
"Did you call Marco?" Emily asked Aria.
"Uh yes, he's on his way right now as we speak" Aria sat down and sighed "you guys should've heard him, he sounded so broken"
"Are they dating" Hanna asked.
"I'm not too sure, but I heard that he brought her favorite food to her and they ate." Alison said.
"Hold up, Spencer was shot" Toby exclaimed
The girls nodded.
"H-how w-when, w-when, who shot Spencer?"
The girls looked at each other and they all nodded agreeing to tell Toby who did it
"Your perverted Step Sister" Hanna Spit
"HANNA" the girls yelled
"What its true" she said as she crossed her arms and leaned back against the chair.
Toby gulped. "Jenna as in my step sister Jenna did this" he asked
"Didn't I just say that Toby" Hanna rolled her eyes. Just the the doctors came in
"Spencer Hastings?" The doctor called. They got up from their chair and listened about the update
" how's Spencer" Aria said trying not to cry
"Well there's good news, bad news, and worse news. Which one you wanna hear first" he asked
"The worse news" Emily said
"Well she in a coma, the bad news is that she needs blood transfusion but the good news is that we managed to get the bullet out. It was only 2 inches away from her heart. If you waited longer she would've been dead."the doctor said.
Everyone sighed of relief.
"She's gonna be okay" Hanna exclaimed
" Can we see her?" Alison asked
"Yes but one at a time" he left the Hanna was the first to go in.
She sat down besides Spencer
"Look at you, you you look like you got hit by a bus. You literally saved all of our lives Spence and I'm so grateful for that. I love you so much girl" Hanna got ho kissed her forehead and left. Next was Aria, then Alison and Emily. Emily came out and saw Toby still in the waiting room. Everyone else had left
"What are you still doing here, shouldn't you be in Maine with Yvonne?" Emily asked
Toby broke down crying
" I can't do it, I can't" he sobbed.
"What can't you do Toby, what's wrong?" Emily asked.
"I can't move to Maine, I can't marry Yvonne, seeing Spencer almost dead made me realize how much I love her, how much I miss her. How much I need her in my life." He confessed. Emily looked at him shocked "did anything happened between you two before" she asked
"She came by to say her last goodbye to me. She said 'Toby can I kiss you one last time to say goodbye' she came up to me and kisses me and I kissed her back. When we pulled away I leaned in for more but she ran away to quickly" Toby said. 
"Toby if you love Spencer why haven't you told her"
"Because Marco really likes her. A lot. He seems to have much love and care for her."
Emily looked at Toby and put her hand on hai shoulder
"You're smart Toby, you'll figure this out. I'm gonna go. You should hurry up the visiting hours will be up soon bye." With that Emily left.
Toby walked into Spencers room. He walked in and saw a dozen wires attached to her and blood fusion . She was  wearing a arm cast and a head bandage because she banged her head. He walked over to her and took her hands and kissed it. He took the time to think. He picked up his phone and dialed a number
"Hey it's me, I can't do this anymore, moving to Maine, us, I can't. I just realized I still have strong feelings for someone else. So please don't call me from this number or any number, go to Maine and forget about me. It's over Yvonne. Goodbye" he hung up and focused back on Spencer. She began to move. A lot. She opened her brown beautiful eyes and looked around. She saw Toby.
"Toby?" She called. He turned his head and smiled and the confuse yet beautiful person.
"Hey, you're up" he smiled. He hugged her
"what are you doing here shouldn't you be in Maine" she asked.
"Not anymore, I'm exactly where I need to be" he said "it's over with Yvonne. Seeing you almost die made me release how much I love you and how much I need you in my life. I love you Spencer Jill Hastings"
Spencer for the first time smiled, an actual smile "I love you too" she cried. Toby leaned in and kisses her passionately. He slowly pulled back and looked at her and smiled.
"I do have something to tell you though" she said
"What"
"Mary Drake is my mother. I'm the second baby, I'm adopted" she cried
He got in the covers with her and wrapped his arms around her and comfort her. He was so shocked about it.
"So what are you gonna do" he asked
"I'm gonna confront Veronica and Peter, then I'm leaving their lives and starting it with Mary." Spencer said. Toby smiled. Whatever she has planned he's going along with it.
"I do like Mary, I always found a close connection with her" Spencer smiled. He looked at Spencer and gave her another kiss.
"Spencer?"
"Yes Toby?"
"Will you be mine and only mine forever and always
"Yes I will" they leaned back and drifted off to sleep. Both happy to be in each other's lives once again.

I'm still shook that Spencee got shot and Toby might be dead,. And OH MY THE SCRABBLE BOARD WAS RUINED. FORGET ABOUT YVONNE WE HAVE MORE PROBLEMS. THATS SCRABBLE BOARD BOUGHT THEM TOGETHER. And omg I called it that Mary was  Spencers mom the moment Mary said "I'm not the one to turn down caffeine. It was so obvious. I pray and hope Toby is Alive. Idc about Yvonne. I just want Spoby back. Good nite y'all
