Spencer's POV

I woke up in a unfamiliar place. I don't remember how I got here. After that awful night with Oscar, I don't remember much of it. I looked around to get a better view of where I can be. I looked up at the ceiling and saw mirrors with golden angels. It had an antique look. I looked to my left and saw an old, but beautiful antique dresser. On my right was a big window with a eggshell color thin curtains. The sun was shining through. I took a peep on the bed and saw someone laying under the covers. It must be Oscar. I look under and saw that I was naked, but then something caught my eye. I saw a brown head.  

Oscars hair is blonde

It wasn't him, so I screamed which cause the other person to jolt awake and scream as well.

When we locked eyes, it definitely wasn't Oscar

"Toby?" I shout covering myself "How did you get you get in here"

"Me, you're the one in my bed Spencer"

"No, this is my" I take a look at my hand and saw a giant wedding ring on my finger. Then I looked around some more and saw a bottle of champagne. I wrapped the silk white sheet around my body and walked over to read the card

"What's wrong Spence?" He asked

"Congratulations on your marriage. Here's a bottle of champagne on the house" I show him the card

"Well that can't be us because" he looked down and his eyes grew big "Im wearing a wedding band"

'So am I" I shout "Toby what are we going to do? We are both in relationships, I can't believe we married" I cried

"So what's the big deal? This was bound to happen away" He shrugs

"What do you mean it was bound to happen? Toby we are both in relationships, we have to get divorced" I said collecting my clothes and getting dressed

"Wait divorced?"

"Yes Toby, divorced. I can talk to my mom, she can help us" I said buttoning up my blouse

"Wait. lets think about-

"Toby, stop. We are getting a divorce"

"How about an annulment?" He suggest. I take a minute to think as Toby stares at me with anticipation

"Toby" I start then I hear my phone ringing. I look to see where my phone went. I checked under the bed and there it was. I went to to see whose calling and it's Oscar

Crap

"I think an annulment is best option. It's not like we're Ross and Rachel"

"Toby I need you to shut up for five minutes please, thank you" I say before answering the phone 

"You better have a good reason for why you're calling Oscar. Fine. Bye"

"So about that annulment-

"Okay fine Toby, we can get an annulment" I huff

When I'm about to leave Toby grabs me by my arms and pulls me back inside

"Toby, I have to go" I whine

Without thinking, he kisses me passionately and I somehow kiss back.

Then I remembered everything that had happened that night.
