General POV

Toby texted Nina asking her out on a date for tomorrow. He kinda did tell Spencer...well more like "A" did but she wanted to hear it from himself. She wanted him to tell her he cheated on her with Nina. That's all she wanted but Toby was too stubborn to admit it, so he left and texted Nina asking her out on a date, leaving Spencer outside her house all alone. Once he left Spencer cried. What did she do to ever deserve this. All she did was helping Caleb getting rid of the knife that could possibly end him up in jail. Lately Spencer and Caleb had grown closer. Not as lover, but as friends. They both realized they had more in common than they think. Spencer walked backed into the house and the girls were waiting for her

"So what happened, did he confess?" Emily asked.

"he just said 'I think you already know. I feel horrible and I don't want to repeat it', but I wanted him to say he cheated" she starts to cry "but he didnt so he left, I think we broke up" she cries.

The girls ran to her and hugged her tightly. They thought Toby was loyal, turns out he's a cheater and a jerk for breaking her heart. Not once, but multiple times. Ever since he became a cop, he's been nothing but straight up rude to her.

"So what are you going to do now?" Aria asked

"Bury him six feet underground next to Hanna Montana" Hanna suggested

"Hanna" Emily exclaimed

"What that bastard broke our best friends heart" Hanna spat. Spencer let go of the girls and walked to the kitchen island and sat down

"I'm going to his loft and pack my things, since he wants to act like that, I don't want to be with him anymore" Spencer sighed. She went upstairs and got ready for the next day. 

The Next day.

At the Brew

Emily's POV (Hey thats new Emily has  POV)

I still can't believe Toby would do such a thing to poor innocent Spencer. I can't believe he cheated on her. Can't think about that now. I have a job to do.

15 minutes later..

As I was working i hear he door open, I look up and saw Toby and another girl. Probably the same girl he cheated on Spencer with. I pretend not to notice but I can't help but watch. He pulls out the chair for her and she sits down and he sits across from her. I took a picture ans saved it to my phone and send it to Spencer. A few minutes later Toby comes up to the register.

"Hey Em" he smiled. I looked to see if there were any employers here and I spotted one.

"Hey Riley can you take over, I have to go do something" Riley comes over.

"Sure Emily" Riley says. As I pack my things Toby gets annoyed

"What gives Emily" he asked

"You broke my best friends heart that what gives Toby" I spat. "How can you do that to Spencer, you know how much she loves you. How would you feel if she cheated on you" i said. Toby stays quiet "And you got the nerve to bring that girl here on a date, you broke up with Spencer for a girl you barley even know. I don't know who you are anymore." I packed my things and left the Brew. I sent Spencer the photo and a text.

He's at the Brew with the girl, try to sneak without him seeing you and get your things from the loft. - Emily
