A standard club scene was painted in front of their eyes. The loud booming music from inside echoed outside, the song playing was too muffled to identify.

"All for you!" Frankie elbowed Summer's side as they entered the surprisingly packed club. 'Did I really invite this many people?' Summer questioned herself. 'I must have done' The security outside was to tight to have let in any unwanted people.

Summer looked around the room meeting familiar faces but none of them were the person she wanted. Marvin from JLS, Jack her manager, Ed Sheeran, Harry, Cher Lloyd. Summer snapped her head back to where Harry was stood.

"I'm going to go talk to people!" Frankie could only just make out what Summer shouted into her ear. As a few people who blocked her path to Harry moved towards the bar and out of her way Summer took this opportunity to move. Getting to Harry proved to be more difficult than she imagined as everyone she passed wanted to chat and wish her 'Happy Birthday'. Which is understandable, that's the reason they are there.

"Thankyou! I'm in a bit of a rush right now but I'll come have a chat later" Summer found herself telling everyone as politely as she could.

"HERE SHE IS!" Harry slurred when he saw Summer approaching, he flung his arms around her giving her a half hug, a strong smell of alcohol and aftershave filled Summer's nostrils. Not the best combination ever.

"Thanks for coming! Have you seen Zayn?" Summer shouted over the music whilst she had his attention.

"Who?" He took a swig of the pint in his hand.

"Zayn. Have you seen him?"

"He's over there" Harry pointed behind Summer with the hand he had his pint in the alcohol in the glass splashed onto the floor from his uncoordinated movement. It was like one of those movie moments where the boy and girl run into each others arms except there was people in the way dancing madly so they had to shuffle in and out of them to get to each other.

"Happy Birthday beautiful" Zayn's eyes stared deeply into Summer's and for a moment it felt like time stopped. "I've got something for you" His lips curved up into a smile, he pulled away from her slightly to take something from his pocket.

"Thankyou, but I said no presents!" She reached to kiss him after he placed a small black box in her hand.

"I don't always play by the rules" He wiggled his eyebrows playfully, "Are you going to open it then?"

"I will, later okay? I have to go socialize!"

"Don't sound to enthusiastic babe, I'll catch up with you later. Happy Birthday" He bent down to kiss her forehead then disappeared off into the crowd.

As Summer leant against the ice cold rail looking over at London's night life she appreciated the moment of quiet until a voice came from behind her. "Fancy seeing you here."

"I could say the same for you" She immediately recognised who is was.

"Well, it is my club" You could almost hear his grin as he stepped beside her, she didn't move her eyes from the scene below but could see him from the corner of her eye reaching into his pocket.

"Well, it is my birthday party" She mocked him, a small smile formed on her lips as he let out a small chuckle.

"Want one?" She looked over, her eyes scanning the packet of cigarettes he was holding out. She would've said no, but something was telling her 'why not, it is my birthday and it's just this once'. Reaching forward to take one from the packet, she muttered a quick "Thanks" and took the lighter from him, their hands grazing slightly.
