Allowing And Bowing

Giving up is what mankind has taught us, 

But fighting for survival is running in our blood. 

People rather give in to some higher position, 

And let them drag their feelings through the mud. 

I say fuck that, I won't back down, 

I refuse to be another one in the crowd. 

I won't let anyone tell me what do to, 

I am someone who is way too proud. 

So many people swallow emotional abuse, 

They get cussed at only to get some more money. 

And they use that money only for their status, 

Don't you think that's ironic and a little funny? 

I say fuck that, I won't be used like that, 

I refuse to shut up, I refuse to bow. 

I won't let them humiliate me, 

I will never go with the flow. 

What's the difference between a blowjob for pay, 

And a guy who gets treated bad and allows it? 

There is no difference, you both get used, 

Why would you go along with that shit? 

I say fuck that, nobody will use me, 

I'd rather be poor than have dirty cash. 

Even without education or a job, 

I'd still have it better than that kind of trash. 

School is no better than the working world, 

Insecurities are the only thing it ever created. 

The only lesson tells you you're not good enough, 

Either you kill them or yourself, or you'll be sedated. 

I say fuck that, I won't let it get me down, 

I know I'm not the worst person alive. 

They can teach me whatever they want, 

But I'm the only one who lives my life. 

Mankind tries to suppress our thinking, 

So that they can use us however they desire. 

But if you let them do whatever they want, 

Who really extinguished your inner fire? 

Don't let anyone walk all over you.
