It's Christmas Today

It's Christmas today,

But I think everyone knows.

The food is cooking,

And the Christmas tree glows.

Whether is Jesus's Birthday,

Or something Coca Cola invented.

We listen to our Grandma,

Even though she's demented.

Everyone celebrated differently,

Some in silence, some really loud.

Enough money or not quite,

Expensive cookies are still allowed.

I won't get a new computer,

Maybe all I'll get are some socks.

But I have my mum and brother,

So Christmas still rocks!

And for my friends who can't celebrate,

I'll light a candle for you guys.

You're never forgotten,

True friendship never dies.

And for those who are around,

We'll step into another year together.

As long as we are friends,

I know it will only keep getting better.

I don't care if I'm cheesy now,

But your smiles are the best presents.

Nothing is more important for me,

And now give me your food, peasants!

Happy Christmas for everyone!
