I wish you could've seen it, the expression you wore when she came out, how completely in love you were with her and her music. It makes me realize just how powerful it is, the music I mean. How it can be a hobby and a lifestyle and a job and a savior and an escape and a companion and a trigger and a lover and a reminder and an introducer and a home all at once. How just vibrations and sounds can give you that surreal happiness and that adrenaline rush. How it can give you that urge to dance and sing and have fun, but also to curl up and cry and accept the loneliness we all are faced with sometimes. How hearing your favorite singer perform your favorite songs can be so magical. In that moment, you were truly beautiful as well.
